Pre-Registration Information:

Please phone (403) 239-1465, or e-mail cdds@telus.net to register for a course. Please include the dentist's name, luncheon RSVP, and the number of auxiliaries attending. This process will constitute pre-registration - subsequent acknowledgement will not be made prior to the lecture date. Note that staff are welcome, but lunches will not be provided.

Registration fees are: ($CAD)

  • Member dentists: no charge.
  • Non-member dentists: $175.00 / course.
  • $40.00 / staff member or auxiliary (payable at the meeting).
  • Retired member dentists: $20/meal/course
