His first batch of foals brought 4 approved sons, among them Feinbrand, the first vice champion, and Fair Play, the second vice champion of the 1989 stallion approvals in Oldenburg. Feiner Stern is the sire of 18 approved stallions and 26 state premium mares. He has a dressage index of 131 with 93% reliability and a jumping score of 113 with a 77% reliability.
