application form ($20 app. fee) and be approved to
qualify for renting.
Credit history will be taken into consideration, however,
other references, employment history and landlord reference will also be
considered.
"Perfect" credit
history is not a prerequisite in order to rent from Acro
Management however some degree of responsibility must be evident to
qualify.
No singles sharing houses, TH, Duplexes, Condos, Acreages,
etc. please. Must be married (or stable common law min of 2 yrs.)
Students will be required to sign 1 year lease ...
All others are 'hybrid' leases (6 mo. lease followed by month-to-month).

Preference will be given to tenants willing to sign min. 6 month lease.
