(604)530- 5121. Airport Shuttle: From Vancouver International Airport to show hotels. Cost is $30 each way and arrangements must be made a minimum of 24-hours in advance and be prepaid. The show hall/hotels are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from the airport. (604) 594-3333. Show Rules: By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges, show committee and the TICA show rules. All cats must be listed in the show catalogue. The show committee may refuse entry and/or to have any person or animal removed from the show hall when deemed in the best interest of the show. Show rules may be obtained from TICA: P.O. Box 2988, Harlingen, TX 78551 (USA). Health: This is a non-vetted show, but entries must conform to normally accepted health requirements and have current vaccinations. Any exhibitors with cats showing signs of contagious illness, parasites or fungus will be dealt with according to TICA Show rules Registration: Cats do not have to be registered with TICA to enter the show. Registration is required to claim titles or regional/international awards. Kittens: All kittens must be 4-months old on the day of the show to be entered for competition. Kittens for sale or exhibition must be at least 3-months old. Photographer: A new photographer: Cloverdale Photography will be present at the show. Benching: Exhibitors must check in with the entry clerk prior to benching. One benching request per exhibitor will be honored. Cages: Single cages will be provided for each entry. Double cages are available for single entries for a fee. One cat or two kittens are allowed per single cage, and two cats or four kittens per double cage. Dimensions: Single: 21" x 21" x 21" high. Double: 21" x 21" x 45" long. Top, bottom and sides of cage must be covered. Groom Spaces: Due to space limitations, grooming tables will not be allowed in the aisles. Groom spaces are available for a fee. Rosettes: Rosettes will be awarded according to TICA rules. Spectator's Choice will be selected by our spectators all three days of the show. Food and Litter: Food (If Supplied) and litter will be available in the show hall for the cats. Please bring your own dishes and litter pans. For exhibitors, there is a snack bar in the show barn. Entry Notes: All entries must be accompanied by a cheque or money order payable to the Cat Fanciers of British Columbia (CF of BC). We appreciate US entries paid in US funds. Dishonored cheques will be assessed a $25 fee and must be paid prior to benching. If you fail to bench, you are still responsible for the entire entry fee, and it must be paid to the entry clerk within 10 days of the show per TICA rules. A $10 late fee will be assessed for entries paid at the door without making prior arrangements with the entry clerk. There is a $5 fee for substitutions. All cats in the show hall must be listed in the show catalog. This rule will be strictly enforced. Exhibition/Sale Cages: Exhibition/sale cages are limited to one per exhibitor. Multiple Cat Discounts: To receive the multiple cat discounts, entries must be from the same household, and owned by the person entering. Cats from different households must be co-owned by the person entering and must be accompanied by a copy of the registration showing ownership. All additional cats entered under the discount must be co-owned by the person paying the 1st cat price. Handicapped Benching: Disabled exhibitors will be given priority benching. Wheelchair exhibitors will be benched on either end of the show hall where aisles are wider, those with other disabilities will be benched close to the majority of the rings (we have rings on both sides of the show hall). Please state the nature of your disability so we can make the show as comfortable as possible for you. Directions: Detailed directions and maps will be provided to exhibitors upon request.

As an exhibitor in our show, you are entitled to special advertising rates in our Spectator's guide. In addition to breeder advertising, the guide also features advertising from local area vendors, pet suppliers and veterinarians. It also contains information of interest to our spectators, such as a thumbnail description of the cat breeds, information about what happens at a cat show, and why they should consider buying a cat from a TICA breeder. If you wish to advertise in our Spectator's Guide - please include a copy of your business card, or a handwritten/computer generated sample of what you want in your ad.
