Casino

Casinos are held approximately once every two years and represent one of the best ways for our community league to increase revenue. By volunteering at the casino you will be helping to support the Belmead Community League and its programs for our community!

The Casino event is always surprisingly fun and sociable!

• DATE: (TBA)
• TIME: SHIFTS of six to eight hours run some time between 12 noon and 3 am depending on the position
• PLACE: Palace Casino located on the 2nd level of West Edmonton Mall; #2710, 8882 - 170 Street
  

You do not have to be a member of Belmead Community League or a resident of Belmead to volunteer!

If you’ve never worked a casino before, don’t worry. We hire advisors who guide everyone through the process. Most positions are very simple to learn and do not require any special skills. Please call the office to volunteer at 780-489-7939 and we will:

• contact you to arrange which shift you will work and which position you will fill,
• provide a light meal or snack at the casino (you aren’t allowed to bring in outside food or beverages),
• provide a $100 voucher which can be applied to community programs such as soccer, hockey and city run programs for each casino shift, and
• be very grateful for your help!
