* In order to serve alcohol during an event at the Belmead Community Centre, you will need 1) a liquor license which is available at local liquor outlets and 2) "host liquor liability insurance" that names Belmead Community League as an "additionally insured" party in the amount of $2 million. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary liquor license and liability insurance, and must provide copies of the necessary documents to the office before getting the keys. In all cases, you cannot sell tickets at the door and must know all attendees.

Make sure you get your damage deposit back!

The Belmead Community Centre must be left in clean condition. If the hall is not cleaned properly, a cleaning fee will be assessed and deducted from the damage deposit.

Before leaving the hall ensure all interior and exterior lights are turned off, ensure all doors are locked and the alarm has been turned on.
