Helpful Order checklist to review before calling (780) 459-7022

Candy Bouquet staff have created this list to help you placing your order.
1) The date when you need the bouquet and if you will be picking it up or if you will require it to be delivered.
2) Your name, address and a contact telephone number
3) The special event and price range you require before tax, shipping and delivery (if required). We have a section on the website which gives you some example Bouquets by Price Ranges bouquets.
4) Any special requests like colour scheme, favourite candies, theme items and anything about the recipient. We can do sugar free bouquets for those who have this requirement. If you have seen a bouquet on the website, let us know. "I liked the 50th Birthday Bouquet can you do a similar one for a 40th Birthday in the same price range? We have large gallery of example Birthday Bouquets that have been created.
5) If delivery or shipping is required, the name of the person receiving the bouquet, company name if appropriate, address and telephone number for the recipient.
6) Information on the message to be added to the insert card.
7) Your credit card number, expiry date and name on the card for telephone orders.
If you are emailing us your order, please let us know in your email what is the best time and how we can reach you to get this information for payment. For Email orders, we will contact you to confirm anything and ask any additional questions the next business day.
While we try to have the containers shown on the website in stock, we reserve the right to substitute an equal value container.

Delivery Information

We ship worldwide with our affilations with other Candy Bouquet franchises. Orders received before 11 am Monday to Friday can normally get effective same day delivery in the Edmonton local area of any of our on the shelf bouquets.

For custom orders and bouquets, please allow 2 business BUILD DAYS days to avoid disappointment. Around special events like Christmas, Valentines Day , Easter , Mothers Day and Fathers Day . we do our best to have our shelves stocked. Please allow time for delivery as well if required.

Delivery in St. Albert is $6.00. For other deliveries, we use a courier service and pass their costs and estimated delivery time to you. We can not guarantee the exact time of delivery as it is beyond our control once it leaves the store.
