Parasite programs collect personal data on the hard drive
and send it back (to the coportate) World Wide (Web). All
the while, they allow more parasites to come and this uses up computer
resources and slows down the computer.
Computers equiped with BOTH unmanageably large hard drives AND unmanageably large multitasking Operating Systems actually surf the web slower than smaller computers. When a parasite tries to move in and feed off of a smaller computer multitasking WINDOWS, it is immediately noticed and removed quickly and this keeps the computer running up to speed. Single tasking 16BIT DOS operating systems cannot run two programs at the same time therefore NO PARASITES can run in the background. A faster modem on a smaller computer will run faster than the same modem on a bigger computer.
DOS alone is not capable of running programs or parasites in the background. DOS and Arachne or a similar browser that runs a on 16BIT (means DOS) operating system usually surfs the World Wide Web faster.
If you have Windows close them! Don't forget the ones you cannot see!
Clean them often to allow you to see both inside and out
Place barriers in the windows.
-Turn of the power bar or disconect the computer while not
in use.
-Disconnect the modem while not in use.
Turn off permissions and Java in the browser's options/preferences menu.
-keep all kinds of bug killer handy
-get rid of all parasites running on the system
Do not put anything private/worth stealing on the inside
(things are never really erased)
Do not put anything illegal or emabarassing/private on the inside
Do not trust " illegal to export this secure product outside or the United
States" software labels
or similar labels. What better way to propagate high tech
information retrieval (spy) software
than to claim that it is virtually impenetrable?
Be aware that when we catch and punish hackers, we give you the false sense that all hackers are lone wolves acting privately and independantly: and that digital technology is secure. The biggest hackers are corporate entities that enter your computer without permission to collect data from the drive. Laws will be meant to protect THEM FROM YOU!!!
If the internet really was secure, we would not need laws that allow certain groups to get into your computer and make it illegal for others to get in your computer even if they do it just to show you that it is not secure.
Remember that the bigger the system, the harder it is to see what
is actually going on with it !!! (that you might not necessarily
know or welcome)
Also take note that I make a distinction between a virus and a parasite. A virus is meant to do direct harm to your computer while a parasite feeds off your computer, your resources and you in order to survive. It uses your firstly your resources and next the information provided by your hard drive to analyse and discover how it can expand taking advantage of you ( - like your inclination to buy a product advertised this way or that way, or your inclination to put your money and resources here or there under this or that circumstance and especially the nature of the tools that you are using and what it would take to make them seem to small to use).
Do we call them " windows " because they let you see out into the world
or because they allow everyone one else to look in when you
turn the power on?
