John Reischman &The Jaybirds

John Reischman and The Jaybirds are based in Vancouver, BC. They are a truly unique international West Coast Bluegrass band that makes for an exhilarating live performance. They are not to be missed. John's style is a blend of instrumental virtuosity and inspiring material with soaring vocals. The Jaybirds are Jim Nunally from California on guitars, Seattle's Nick Hornbuckle on banjo, Trisha Gagnon on stand-up bass and vocals and Greg Spatz on fiddle. John Reischman played with Tony Rice and the Good Old Persons in the early 1980s before moving to BC.
