Our trip to Scandinavia in the summer of 2001 was wonderful. Norway was especially scenic.
So many trips over the years.... Hawaii, Western US from Alberta to Disneyland and Tijuana, BC., Saskatchewan, England, France, Most of Central Europe, Scandinavia...
We still hope to get to Australia and Greece... and, if health holds, and funds improve, and things get peaceful, to the Middle East. And we can't ignore the Maritimes. There's a bit of travel left in us.... Like most people, we like to learn; to try new things and see new places.
Greece - May, 2006
We spent the last 3 weeks of May in Greece in 2006. 1 week in the South, almost a week on Corfu, and another week in the North. An amazing trip. We had it set up for us by Triumph Motor Bike Tours. They did an excellent job for us. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Greece was warm and not crowded or overly busy in the last three weeks of May in the little villages and country areas and sites of interest we were directed to. Flowers were in full bloom, and our trip gave us an amazing look into a beautiful and diverse country, history, and culture. Our car and excellent hotels were prearranged. We took many pictures.
