      • RaiLink began operations on a 650-mile network from Smith, Alberta to Hay River, N.W.T, in May, 1998.
      • Traffic on the line includes forest products, grain, chemicals, fuel oil and industrial products
      • Daily freight service operates from Edmonton (via CN) through Smith to Peace River and return. Service North of Peace River is as required by customers.
      • Local freight service is offered on a regular basis from McLennan to Smith, serving customers at High Prairie and Slave Lake.
