Jungle by Am
Grade 2
I went into the jungle and a bear attacked me. Lions growl in the jungle loud as an elephants foot
crushingon the ground. The water drops from the sky like a storm. Red tulips grow in the ground like
a person growing. Elephants stomp on the ground and is as loud as a giant's burp. Toucans fly up in
the sky
high like an robin. Bears pick berries from a bush like a fisherman trying to catch some fish.
Tigers roar
behind a tree like a hunteer trying to junt and kill an animal for breakfast. Monkeys
swing from rope to rope in the jungle like the character Tarzan. The wind whistles in the fresh air
like a
person whistling. Hyennas laugh with its family like my friend M and N. If you went to the jungle,
I'm sure youll discover the same as me.

One time I went into a tree and a squirrel attacked me. Lions attack as bad as a mouse. The water
drops from a cloud in the sky like a dog falling from the tree. Tulips growing like the sky rising
and a cloud growing. Elephants blow their trunks like a magician playing a french horn. Toucans fly
up in a
tree like a bird. Bears scaring people like a shark scaring fish. Tigers biting on a bone like a dog
biting a
girl's dress. Hyennas laughing like a person . Monkeys swing from tree lke Tarzan. The wind blows
like a plant swaying.

I like it when you can change other people's work if there is something
that doesn't sound right.
I don't like it when you don't know who made the story.

Jungle

If I were in the Jungle I would see a big bear looking at me. It is behind a tree. A snake slithering on the ground.
The sun going down
in the sky. A hunter trying to get a leoperd. Here comes a storm. The bear gets in their den and the hyennas stay down laugh.
The monkey go and hide somewhere and the hunter goes home for the day. The rain stopped. So the animals come out.
The bears play but one bad thing the tiger worke up. The animals back away from the water.
But the leopard is not afraid. He can just run faster than the tiger. It is now night time and the owl
comes out to get some mice and bring it to the kids. I think that's what you see in the jungle.

Here comes a storm, the bear got in their den. An the hyennas stay and laugh. The monkey goes and hides somewhere. And the
hunter goes home for the day. The rain stopped so the animals came out. The bears came and played but one bad thing,
the tiger woke up. The animals backed up fromthe water. But only the elopard was not afraid. He can run faster than the tiger.
It is now night time and the owl comes out to get some mice for the kids. I think that's what you
see in the jungle.

on vines at the waterfall. I see elephants trumpting as loud as a trumpit at the waterfall.

When I am in the jungle, I can see a elephants. When I am in the jungle, I can see a river.
When I am in the jungle, I can see animals. When I am in the jungle, I can see a tiger.

In the jungle, I can see a zebra running really fast. They were running for a race where they are going to the
big tree. In the jungle there is a waterfall and at the bottom is rocks and the animals get their drink from the bottom a little water. I
can see birds flying in the sky. Thye are good birds. Some are bad birds and some can be afraid of
you and your mom,dad, sister or brother. It is very hot in the jungle. Sometimes animals can be
very bad or can start a fight. In the jungle sometimes there are elephants in the jungle, running
in the jungle. I see hyennas in the jungle.

In the jungle I can see the zebras and horses running in the wind. Down by the waterfalls,
the crocodiles
are swimming in the water. Some animals get scared sometimes. I can hear elephants walking.
Jaguars are roaring loudly. I can feel the grass and dirt and flowers.
Black birds,crows, robbins and ravins are chirping. Swans are swimming like ducks. Turtles are
clumsily walking everywhere.
Bears are roaring and tigers are roaring. In spring the swans laid their eggs in the pond nests:
the eggs
hatch in summer and that is how the jungle goes.
