| 1. Long, long ago there was a poor, hungry family who slept
on the hard dirt floor because they didn’t have any beds. 2. Thunder crashed, lightning flashed and Bell ran for cover under the dark trees. 3. One creepy, dark Halloween night, a headless ghost stold a young Doug Whitmore from the street when he was trick or treating. . 4. One miserable morning I woke up with gum in my hair and marker on my face. It was not going to be a good day. 5. On my way to school, Billy Castleman, the biggest boy in my class, punched me and stole my bag with my lunch money and homework. 6. One unexpected morning my mean brother stole my Gameboy Advanced SP from my room. 7. Long, long ago there was a triceratops named Franky, who all the other dinosaurs liked to slap with their tails. 8. One blizzardy, morning Grizzly, the cub, looked around and could not see his mother. She had just been in front of him in the deep snow. 9. It could never have been a better day! 10. Boy, can I ever cause trouble when I’m angry! 11. My dad had to cook breakfast because my mom slept in. 12. As the truck screeched to a stop, my little terrier flew into the air. 13. I woke up this morning to a house that was silent and dark. 14. A giant robot came from out of nowhere. 15. I saw a vicious, one-eyed alien came from out of the saucer shaped space ship. 16. When I opened the Captain Crunch cereal box, a cute, puny alien popped out. 17. As I opened the door, I could almost taste the fresh, homemade pumpkin pie in the oven. 18. One foggy night, the red eyed witch screamed as she scratched her nails down the window. 19. A giant hand came down from the bright blue sky. 20. I am so excited about Christmas because we are flying to Ottawa. 21. The bright sun glittered on the lake as I awoke. 22. The cute little white bunny dived into the hole to escape the ferocious dog that was trying to eat it. 23. The bald eagle snatched the mouse with her sharp claws to take back to her baby eaglets in the big nest on top of the mountain. 24. My dog devoured my homework. 25. I rushed onto the school bus but I forgot my homework in my room. 26. The limo crashed into the speeding semi. 27. The first day of kindergarten was scary. 28. Today my teacher gave a huge spelling test. 29. Today is going to be a great day for fishing. 30 It was going to be show and tell tomorrow and I had nothing to bring. 31 My mommy is doing my homework. 32. It was a cold, windy day and the falling snow covered the whole town as school ended. 33. My uncle gave me money because I was bad. |
