Closing Sentences |
| These sentences were written by Grade 3/4 students at High
Park Elementary School during the month of October. I went upstairs and went to sleep and my mom said good night don’t let the bed bugs bite. So I never heard no noise again also I fell sound asleep. I woke up the next morning and I started to laugh because that was a good adventure. By P. We brought Bear in my room laid down but couldn’t sleep so we turned on my Avril Lavinge CD quietly and had a marvellous sleep! By K. Then I went to the park and saw my cat, she was fighting with another cat. I chased the other cat away and grabbed Rusty. By C. I slept good that night because my kitten was home safe with me. By. M. We walked through the cave and we found my dad snoring. The next morning we went to the airport then we hear another noise… By T. We went to sleep in the camper so in the morning I was refreshed. By T. “A – HA here was the noise a pyramid of cans got knocked down” said Neil. “Okay lets go back upstairs” I said. BANG BANG BANG “Oh no…” By T. I told my dad and he said “wait til it goes away and you will get some sleep” and finally it went away and I got some sleep. By D. The cat is bumping into lots of tin garbage cans. By A. I saw my mammoth pig snoring really loud so I went back to bed and just fell asleep but I was so tired I fell of off the bed and then my mom couldn’t sleep my mom says “Here we go again” By K. After an exciting day of the mystery I went under my warm and cozy blankets and went into a very deep sleep. It was the best sleep of my life. By. H. But then I found out what it was it was my friends out on their bikes at night. So after all that they had to go inside. I finally got the best thing, sleep. By T. We saw an owl it was making the same noise, it was the owl. My friends and I felt silly for being scared of an owl. By C. I went to bed there was an owl hooting. OH NO I am never going to sleep! By C. So me and my exhausted body went to bed. By K. All of a sudden Jade started crying I looked up and a grizzly bear was eating a white sturgeon about 30 feet long, I ran home and had the best sleep ever. By. A. I was asking my mom to check the owls on the trees. It was the owl. By M. |
