How To Register For Courses

You can register in one of four ways:

1. Email In: Fill out and submit the email form to indicate that you would like to register for your courses. Please be sure to send or drop off your cheque to the Adult Learning Council as soon as possible so your registration can be completed. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOU PAY! Make cheques payable to: Vulcan County. Click here to go to the email form.

2. Mail In: Print out the registration form, fill it out, and send it with your cheque to the representative taking registrations for the course. See the contact page for the representatives' contact information. Click here to go to the print-out form.

3. Phone In: Each course description has a telephone number to call to register.  Call the representative for the course you are interested in or phone the office at (403)-485-3109. See the contact page for more information.

4. In Person: Drop off registration form and payment at the Adult Learning Office, 102 Centre St., Vulcan.

Other Registration Information

1. Please submit a separate cheque for each class. This enables you to receive a refund at once should a class be cancelled. Otherwise the wait may be 6 weeks.

2. Please note the registration deadlines for your courses.

3. Register early! Some courses fill up quickly; others are cancelled if insufficient interest is shown.

4. Adult registrations take precedence over student registrations.

5. Children will NOT NORMALLY be allowed in class unless they are registered students.

6. LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT NORMALLY BE ACCEPTED unless we have a cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

1. Classes with less than the minimum number of students by the registration deadline will be cancelled.

2. Classes WILL run unless you get a phone call or letter from a representative saying it has been cancelled.

3. Course fees will be refunded automatically if a course is cancelled.

4. Refund requests MUST be in writing.
