Newsletter Spring 2006
May 2006 Branch Changes In an attempt to improve branch participation and build a
strong, unified branch, Dominion Command and Alberta/NWT Command have
placed the operation of our branch under the authority of two Co-Trustees
who report weekly to the Alberta/NWT Command Mediator, Reverend Richard
Conrad. The Co-Trustees have appointed 14 Committee Chairs who in turn
will name 2 to 3 persons to their respective committees. These committees
collectively as a team will assist in the managing of the Branch’s
activities. Monthly informal general membership meetings will be held to
get input and direction from the members. All members are encouraged to
return to the Branch and help in saving out Legion. Without a supportive
membership we cannot go forward to become a strong active Branch. Branch
#183’s greatest asset is it’s members so come out and make your voice be
heard. YOUR LEGION NEEDS YOU - WILL YOU FIGHT TO SAVE IT? JOIN US ON JUNE 14, 2006 FOR OUR 1st
