Waterfowl hunts take place during the September/October migration. These hunts are primarily for geese and ducks, although partridge are numerous. Hunts are conducted using decoys and blinds in the field for geese and ducks; pothole shooting for ducks is also available. There are a large number of Ducks Unlimited projects in the area, where migrating waterfowl stage and feed in nearby grain fields.
Three day hunts are $1250 USD (including license and tax)

Bird Cleaning and shells are not included (non-toxic shot must be used for all waterfowl); cleaning and freezing facilities are available for all hunters.
Accommodations include motels and restaurants, or farm-house, depending on location. All logistics, including decoys, blinds, spotting, calling, are part of your hunt.
