This historical section is an attempt to understand the evolution of Principles, Beliefs and Values from confederation (1867) to present times in Canada.

The Governing Principles of Central Canada are:

Marriage is the union of one or more persons to one or more other persons and may include others.

"In God we trust" is replaced with "In the Supreme Court of Canada we trust". 

Lying , cheating  and stealing is acceptable if you don't get caught.

"Truth is only that which we convince others to believe."

2000 

The world was gripped by the Y2K hoax which was forecast to bring down most computer systems in the world.  It was assumed they couldn’t cope with the year change from 99 to 00.  Many folks lost faith in science.

Harry Markopolos an investment manager discovered the Bernard Madoff b-1939 $50 billion Ponzi Scheme this year in 5 minutes but it took him 4 hours of analysis to verify his findings.  He took his findings to the Security and Exchange Commission five times over the next eight years.  The SEC are not trained in finance and were incapable of finding fraud even when pointed right at it..  Markopolos said that "dealing with SEC over 8 years is that their people are totally untrained in finance."  Bernard Madoff b-1939 says he started the Ponzi Scheme in the 1990's.

El Nino causes warming of the Pacific Ocean and the weather:  La Nina causes cooling of the Pacific Ocean and the weather.

Looks bad but 1997-1998 was the grand daddy of the El Nino warming cycle, impacted weather world wide.  An estimated 2,100 people were killed and property damage was estimated at $33 billion.  Indonesia suffered months of drought, forest fires burned Borneo, Sumatra and Malaysia.  Keny's rain fall was 40 inches above normal.  Central Europe suffered record flooding, Madagascar suffered monsoons and cyclones.  The winter of 1999-2000, December to February was the warmest on record from the La Nina/El Nino phenomena.  

Imam Syed Soharwardy, founder of the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada stated in his newsletter: "Presently, what Israel forces are doing in Palestinians is worse than the Holocaust of World War II."   This man has two master's degrees, has lived in North America since 1980 and writes such nonsense?

Sixteen-year-old Josh Hempel of Calgary, Alberta, became the latest person to be struck by lightning, shortly after ending an argument (about the existence of God) by inviting God to strike him with lightning if he was wrong.  (Hempel is recovered after hospitalization).   The humanists consider this a coincidence.

J. Edgar Hoover is considered by many to be the worst American criminal of the 20th century.

Canada is again censured by the United Nations commission on the rights of children for permitting spanking of children.  Canada is prepared to go to war if approved by the United Nations but has no desire to protect the rights of children.

The Anglican Church of England is attempting to rid itself of ‘Institutional Racism.’  About 550 staff of the Church House has completed a racism awareness course.  The Church Synod will debate an action plan next month.

It is estimated that 26 million people world wide are still classified as slaves.  This does not include political prisoners in China, North Korea or Vietnam.  

The 'Human Genome Project' is sequenced.  The Human Genome Project began in October 1990 to discover all the estimated 30,000 to 35,000 human genes and make them available for further biological study.  It was also to determine the complete sequence of the 3 billion DNA subsets.  By 2000 the Genome was sequenced, and by April 2003, the Genome Project was completed.  

July:   Preston Manning b-1942, party leaders began planning the demise of Stockwell Day, the Alliance leader.  Included in the plot were Deborah Grey and Rick Anderson.  Preston Manning wrote the National Post in 2001 applauding the 13 Alliance rebels leaving little doubt of his complicity.    Preston is the son of Earnest C, Manning an advocate of eugenics which is deemed a heinous crime against humanity.  History will not hold these men in high regard.

July:   A Federal judge approved a historic $1.25 billion U.S. funds settlement against Swiss banks and 600,000 Holocaust survivors, including several hundred Canadians, who alleged that the banks hoarded away money deposited by Holocaust victims.  The Swiss banks' action was classified as the greatest robbery in history.  It is noteworthy that a class action is being developed against the Vatican for World War II atrocities.  It is unfortunate that the only method to make churches repent of their sins is to start class action suites against them.  It is also noteworthy that the philosophy of the King, Church and Government being above the law (infallibility belief) is the basis of many of our cultural evils.  The failure of our legal system to become a justice system is because of this cultural fallacy.

August 23:  However, the Government says that there is no easy and painless exit from the Churches responsibility (both legal and moral) for what some allege as cultural genocide.  The United Nations make it very clear this Government and Church action was clearly 'genocide' no matter what political spin is attached to these atrocities.  About half the cases are associated with the Roman Catholic Church. 

September:   The death of Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1919-2000) is recorded.  Kerry A. Nowosad of Calgary wrote his epitaph:

There is little doubt that the Liberal Party Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1919-2000) was anti-Semitic, admired fascist dictators like Hitler and Mussolini and wanted an independent Quebec that only contained Francophone.  He was a hard core Socialist (many believed communist, whose leaders he admired) and was leading Canada towards a Communist Dictatorship.  The Supreme Court, News Media, Liberal Party and people of Central Canada follow him like a Pied Piper.       

October:   Diane Francis, editor at large for the National Post, says that she believes the biggest impediment facing women today is fundamental religious and ethnic traditions which restrict the roles of woman in society.  She is wrong.  The biggest impediment and loss is femininity, compassion and understanding.

2001

Scientist can find no link between the Prairie drought of 1999-2001 with global warming.

California is believed to be the birth place of the sub prime mortgages.  Fannie & Freddie had set the rules for mortgage origination but they were neutered by accounting scandals.   The freemarket moved in to fill the gap and the mortgage business rose like a prairie wild fire.

In North America about 190,000 women are HIV positive.  South America rate is 450,000.  Africa is 11,200,000 HIV positive.

Enron goes bankrupt party caused by (OTC's) Over The Counter Derivative, which are un-regulated financial instruments. 

From 1981 to 2001 the Aids epidemic has killed 20 million people.  This exceeds the Bubonic Plague that killed 12 million in India from 1896-1948 and is rapidly approaching the 1918 American flu of 21.6 million people.  The worst epidemic was the Black Death 1347-51 which killed 75 million people.  Currently 42 million people world wide have HIV/AIDS and this is expected to top 75 million by 2010.

The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on climate change found no systematic changes in the frequency of tornadoes, thunder days, or hail events in areas where enough data are available for analysis.  Madhav Knandekar, climatologic who studies weather patterns in Canada's Prairie Provinces for Alberta Environment, found that the evidence just doesn't back up the 'Panic-mongering'.  This is true whether its rain, snow, drought, flood, extreme heat, extreme cold, thunderstorms, tornadoes, hail storms, high winds, blizzards or ice storms.  

Some 3 billion metric tons of dust are lofted into the earths atmosphere each year and circumnavigate the earth in a matter of weeks.  The dust climbs as high as 15,000 feet and contains mercury, bacteria, viruses, soot, acids, radioactive isotopes and pesticides from Asia and Africa to North America.  The effect on global climate, weather and human health is little understood.  Even swarms of grasshoppers have survived the trans-Atlantic trip in African dust clouds.  World wide dust storms have been increasing.

January 22:  The American President Bush established his first goal: 

“To work toward a day when every child is welcomed in life and protected in law”.  

“To build a culture of life, affirming that every person, at every stage and season of life, is created equal in God’s image.”  He said his first act will be to remove funding for abortions.

September 5:   Belfast, the English and Irish again show their cultural barbarianism by taking their cultural differences out on innocent children.  Eleanor Burns a Protestant mother summed up the situation by saying "we don't care what the whole world thinks of us anymore", as mothers attacked  Catholic children in Belfast.

September 8:   Scotland is proposing legislation to make it illegal to strike a child under the age of 3 years or to shake, strike with implement or hit the head of a child of any age.  Corporal punishment of a child by any agency would be banned.

September 11:  a day that shall live in infamy, Muslims conducted a Jihad against the United States by seizing four airplanes and smashed three of them into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in northern Virginia; the fourth crashed in southern Pennsylvania. To date more than 3000 dead are estimated, and the whole world is changed.  This holy war (jihad) has been waged for fourteen centuries against Christians, Jews, and other non-Muslims.

September 11:  Rev. Franklin Graham, son Billy Graham outraged Muslims when he said "Islam is a very evil and wicked Religion'"  He has not changed his opinion into 2006 when he clarified that "the god of Islam is not the same God.  He's not the son of God of the Christian or Judeo-Christian faith.  It's a different god, and I believe it is evil and wicked religion."  Rev. Pat Robertson went even further saying "these people are crazed fanatics, and I want to say it now: I believe it's motivated by demonic power.  It is satanic and its time we recognize what we're dealing with."  It's "goal is world domination."  

November 9:   The smacking of kids is banned in Sweden, Israel, Norway and Germany, but the British concluded the majority want to retain the right to smack their kids.  This barbaric practice of spanking  children is based on English Common Law that allows corporal punishment of wives, servants, apprentices and children.  Canadian Aboriginal Common Law considers the striking of children an uncivilized, barbaric act.

2002

A major study (released in February 2004) concluded that between 1950 to 2002 about 4,392 priests in the United States sexually molested youngsters under age 18, and nearly 11,000 and perhaps as high as 14,000 children were molested, mostly boys.  Most cases of sexual abuse uncovered occurred in the 1970's and 1980's.  In 2002 more than 700 abuser priests were removed from active service. 

February 1:   The United States of America may classify a developing fetus as an "unborn child" making it eligible for health care.  One small step in recognizing the unborn child's rights.  This month 70% of Quebecois believe the spanking of children is O.K.  47% believe it is O.K. to slap children.

March:   Pope John Paul's (1978-2005) spokesman Joaquin Navarro-Valls says people with homosexual inclinations can't be ordained and those who are ordained should be invalid and annulled.  It is noteworthy that the Roman Catholic Church in America had a policy to shuttle known pedophile priests from parish to parish.  All Cardinals and Bishops in America were advised that the church was concealing and enabling pedophilia against children for the past 30 years, if not longer.  The Cardinal and Bishop monsters, as some are calling them, kept silence on the abuses of children world wide.  They call for the arrest and prosecution of these Cardinals and Bishops as accessories to these heinous crimes.   It is noteworthy that Bishop Fred Henry of Calgary was discovered to have assigned a known pedophile to a local parish.  He apologized, after being discovered, for not informing the parish about the assignment but did not apologize for secretly bringing a pedophile into the Calgary Dioceses.   The issue is that the first priority is the protection of our children (as stated by our Pope), the second priority is Christian forgiveness.  You don't assign a thief to look after the bank account.  That is the evil and the Cardinals and Bishops of America are still walking in the darkness.  It has been known since the 1970's that these predators were in the Catholic Church.  It was known that 60 to 70% of all priests were psychosexually immature and Pope John Paul II (1978-2005), the Cardinals and Bishops did nothing to correct the known systemic problems.

March:   Canadian Prime Minister 'Dino' Chretien just doesn't have it according to the American Administration.

April 26:   The American Roman Catholics expressed outrage yesterday at the Vatican Summit of American Cardinals and Bishops on child sex abuse by priests.  They said the continual protection of pedophile priests by the Cardinals and Bishops of America is unsatisfactory.  The Summit only agreed to unfrock notorious sex abusers.  The Pope stated that there is NO place in the priesthood for priests who hurt children.  The Roman Catholic Church also refused to accept responsibility for Cardinal and Bishop cover-ups of priests guilty of abuse.  The Vatican Summit in essence said that sometimes its O.K. if priests hurt children and the conspiracy of silence will continue.  By this date 176 priests have resigned or been removed from duty in 28 states.  About 260 priests have been reported to the police, many being retired.  850 priests have been accused of sexual misconduct and 34 are still working in parishes.  It is noteworthy that there are 46,075 priests in American and this represents less than 1/2 of 1% known at this time.  However a 1971 suppressed Church study suggest 32,250 of these priests are psychosexually immature and could be struggling with sexual misconduct and/or alcoholism.  More disturbing is that 2/3 of Roman Catholic Bishops in America have allowed known pedophiles to continue working.

June 19:   A class action suit is filed for compensation to the 100,000 Canadian Orphan Slaves in Canada who were shipped like cattle from England to Canada between 1870 to 1940, many without their parents consent.  See 1940 British Home Children.  Lest we forget! 

July:  Some believe foreign investment in Canada is down because Canadian taxes are crushing, the East Coast is backward and poverty stricken, Quebec still poses a separatist threat and Ontario only concerns itself with maintaining central power.

September:  The Wall Street Journal portrayed Prime Minister Chretien, of Canada, as anti-American, with a misplaced pity for terrorists, an irrelevant leader, seeking to establish a meager legacy by pretending he cares for the poor.  The Liberal Government of Canada is suffering from an inferiority complex.  Chretien is irrelevant in world politics.   Liberal Tom Axworthy says we have a credibility-gap of immense proportions.  We talk the talk but no longer walk the walk.

December 10:  The Canadian Liberal Government ratified the Kyoto Protocal much to the protests of Provincial Governments, Industry and some of the Science Community.   Those in the science community who point out flaws in the basic underlying science are soon silenced.

2003

Prime Minister Chretien declares Canada will only go to war if fully authorized by the UN.  The UN has been powerless to deal with Saddam Majid Hussein b-1937 in the past 10 years.  

January 7:  A recent study suggests that of the 85,000 Roman Catholic nuns of America, 40% or more than 34,000 have been sexually abused in some cases by priests and nuns.  About 10% said they had been sexually abused as children by priests and nuns.  Some 123 religious orders have been surveyed.  

March 15:  The first diamond mine in Canada was discovered in 1991 and a second mine is scheduled to come on stream this year.  It is estimated that Canada will produce 10-12% of the world production of diamonds.  A third deposit has been discovered, larger than the two existing mines and is expected to move Canada into 20% of world production.

March 17:  The Axis (coalition of the willing) powers delivered an ultimatum to Saddam Hussein b-1737, to quit Iraq in 48 hours (6:00 P.M. mountain standard time) or face removal by force.  Iraq immediately rejected the ultimatum and Canadians are ordered to leave Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan and Israel.  Saddam Hussein b-1737 is believed to have killed over one million Iraqis during his reign of terror.  This is not surprising as his role model is Stalin.

The Liberal party of Canada has doomed Canada to a Pooper Power placing itself on the economic sidelines.  The lame duck Prime Minister announced Canada would not join its long time allies against the Iraq regime unless sanctioned by the United Nations, knowing full well that France would veto any United Nations proposals that would bring Saddam Hussein b-1737, to account.  Some suggest the Liberal Prime Minister of Canada is making Canada appear to be hiding at the back because he wants a United Nations appointment.  The Liberals, who are well known Socialists and former Communists, aligned themselves with the Refuseniks, Iraq, France, Germany, Russia and China.  The Parti Quebecois and N.D.P. supported the Liberals.  The Canadian opposition party, the Alliance party supports the Axis Powers.  Premier Ralph Klein said, we should stand by our friends.   Some are angry at  Klein for make this comment but a recent sampling says 78% of Albertans support his opinion.  Over 70% of Albertans believe Canada should be involved in the Iraqi war.  Both Ontario and Alberta that represent 2/3 rd's of the Canadian trade to the United States don't agree with the Liberal party position.  Even Australia a distant ally pledged 2,000 soldiers but their closest neighbor Canada wont help.  Some including war veterans suggest it is unbelievable that Canada would let friends stand alone.

Prime Minister Chretien and the Liberal Party Regime took their anti-American position because of "who is next", maybe the Liberal Regime?  The public poles suggest 78% of Canadians don't support the Liberal Regime position.  This supports the common belief that the Liberals do not represent the people of Canada. 

Those supporting the coalition of the willing include Afghanistan, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Columbia, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and 15 un-named countries but likely includes Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and United Arab Emirate.  These 47 countries are greater than the last Iraq war of 1990 that only included 34 nations.   The first likely causalities are one Canadian Oil Worker killed and one wounded in Yemen, one American and one Yemenize Oil Worker are also killed.

March 30:  A recent pole suggests 16.4% of Albertans want Alberta to separate from Canada and 26% believe we would be better off on our own.    Albertans believe Prime Minister Chretien and his Liberal Party are out of step with the people and don't speak for the people of Canada.   Some suggest the Liberal Party is the first Democratic Dictatorship Regime in the world.  

April:  SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), a flu like virus, was first identified in November 2002 in the Guangdong Province of China has spread to 32 countries.  SARS is still a clinical syndrome as its exact nature has not been identified.  

April:  Air Canada files for bankruptcy protection.

April 12:  The Roman Catholic teachers of the Christian Brothers of Ireland who raped and beat students of Mount Cashel Orphanage in St. John's, up to 1970, was offered $15.4 million in compensation to 81 men, 5 of whom have already died.  The Order was accused of trying to hide its most valuable assets.

May:  Jean Chretien the Prime Minister of Canada has failed in both the domestic and international fronts.   The Chretian Liberal Regime has been called a dust-farting holdover from the Pierre Trudeau Regime.  Some are not so kind saying his foreign policy is ill advised, ill-timed, irresponsible and incompetent as recently demonstrated in his comments directed at the American Government.  Others are upset with the Kyoto Protocol, gun registration, legalization of gay marriages, they believe the left wing Liberal party should retire.  Some believe he is driven by an inferiority complex which he has previously admitted.  Jean Chretien, Prime Minister of Canada has been awarded the distinction of the stupidest person in Canada.

June 4:  Ontario has joined Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta by refusing to prosecute the Liberal Regimes controversial firearms registry laws that has cost Canadians a billion dollars.

June 6:  The Supreme Court of Canada is reviewing the 110 year old Criminal Code that allows the teachers and parents to assault their children by spanking.  The issue is spare the rod and spoil the child vs. a violence free environment.

June 10:  The Ontario Appeal Court ruled today that the Canadian Law on traditional marriages is unconstitutional.  Same-sex marriages are deemed a protected right.  Canadians becoming increasing upset that judges are making law and are not elected officials.  The Premier of Alberta, Ralph Klein has promised to invoke the notwithstanding clause of Rights and Freedom Act to block same-sex unions (marriages).  This however is a federal issue not Provincial.

June 16:  80% of all suicides are men.  Suicide has increased by 78%, since the 1970's, some believe it is linked to the Feminist Movement.  The Feminist say it is because of the homosexual movement. 

August:  The United Church of Canada is no longer United and many say it is no longer a Christian Church.  The 38 General Council held in Wolfville, Nova Scotia voted to support same-sex marriage and a day later voted to exclude emphasizing Jesus Christ, during Advent and Christmas, so as not to offend other minorities.  The critics say the United Church of Canada has deviated from John Wesley's 25 Articles of Faith and from generally accepted Christian moral standards.  Bill Phipps made it very clear the United Church denies the divinity of Jesus Christ, the Virgin birth, the Resurrection but embraces homosexuality.  In the present state of the United Church's decomposition some are suggesting a name change to 'The NDP At Prayer' or the Un-United General Assembly.  The Council has effectively replaced "in God we trust" with a more Politically correct  "in the Supreme Court of Canada we trust".  The United Church of Canada includes the Methodists and Presbyterian Churches of Canada.   

August 1:  About 19 law firms have filed a class action to seek redress for 308,000 natives in Residential Schools.

August 1:  Prime Minister Jean Chretien, a Roman Catholic, is risking his eternal salvation if he makes same-sex marriages legal according to Catholic Bishop Fred Henry of Calgary, Alberta.  Yesterday, the Vatican said Roman Catholic lawmakers have a moral duty to express opposition, clearly and publicly, and to vote against it.  The United States President George W. Bush is exploring measures to have marriage strictly defined as a union of a man and woman in America.  The Premier of Alberta, Ralph Kelin has promised to enact the 'not-withstanding clause' if the Liberal Government enacts same-sex marriages for Canada.    The United Church of Canada supports the Liberal Party action for same-sex marriages.   The Anglican Church considers it a grave and moral error.  The Muslim community partially agrees with Bishop Henry.   The Roman Catholic Bishops of Canada stopped short of censuring Bishop Henry for his comments, suggesting he went to far, they did not express an opinion, of the Popes comments concerning the issue.  THE ISSUE is 'Same-Sex Marriage'; and there likely would be little issue with 'Same-Sex Unions' with equal rights to the 'Heterosexual Marriages'.  Many Religious and people concerned about morals, believe the Gay Community is attempting to undermine the centuries old 'Principles' of traditional marriage.  "Equal Rights";  "Separation of Church and State"; "Freedom of Speech" are viewed as diversions from the real issues.

August 7:  The Frazer Institute of Canada has confirmed what millions of Canadians believe, that the judicial system has turned our Justice System into a self serving Legal System.  They have hijacked democracy and turned it into an anti-democratic process.  The Supreme Court Judges are not elected, but rather appointed by the Prime Minister, with no consultation or review by Parliament.  As a dictatorship, as of late, they are creating law, ordering expenditure of funds, rather than interpreting law created by Parliament.     The people have no mechanism to challenge contentious judgments and remove judges at all levels for dereliction of duty.   The system no longer serves the People.

September:  A retired bishop of the United Church believes the church has replaced doctrine with psycho-babble.  He says our society destroy unborn children because they are not considered worthy of our protection, yet we condemn capital punishment for those who murder, because life is precious.

September:  Some are beginning to suggest the Supreme Court of Canada Judges should be arrested and imprisoned for treason against Canadians for their actions to destroy our democratic freedoms.  Some say they are deliberately eroding the authority of Parliament and the Liberal Government is allowing them to get away with it.  Some suggest the Liberals want the Courts to create Canadian Social Policy so they can't be blamed for its failures.  Still others suggest the 'Not Withstanding Clause' may not be sufficient to ward of potential insurrection.  It is noteworthy that Alberta, Manitoba and New Brunswick are considering executing the 'not-with-standing clause' to prevent same sex marriages.

September 7:  A Federal Judge Frederick Gibson ruled the brothers Michael Baldasaro and Walter Tucker the bishop and abbot of the Church of The Universe have a religious right to smoke marijuana that they call the tree of life.  When they smoke it they say they feel closer to God.

September 9:  The Boston Archdioceses has offered to settle the sex abuse cases that number about 500 for $85 million.

October:  Ahmed Said Khadr, killed in a shoot out in Pakastan October 2003, was an engineer and Canadian citizen moved his family to Afghanistan in mid 1990's to train them in the art of terrorism.   Some were as young as 10 years old.  Of 5 sons and one daughter all were involved in terrorist activities.  Ahmed was considered a senior Al-Qaeda member and diverted charity funds to support Al-Qaeda operations.  The Liberal Government of Canada has been slow to prosecute or extradite family members to the United States for prosecution. 

October 7:  The United Nations has chastised Canada for not protecting our children.  The U.N. says Canada should ban all forms of child corporal punishment from a light slap to a good shake.  This issue is before the Supreme Court of Canada and needs to explicitly prohibit all forms of violence against children.  Mild spanking can no longer be tolerated in Canada.  Canadian 'Common Law' among first Nations People have been advocating this principle for the last 400 years.  The Natives believed that Europeans hated their children because of this practice.  This may not be far from the truth as children are demanding and this is likely the reason Canada does not produce a replacement population.

October 8:  Alberta and British Columbia have entered into an economic unit to promote trade with California and Texas.  This economic unit represents 25% of Canada's gross domestic products.

October 9:  The Liberal MP's openly mock what they call the 'lame duck Prime Minister', Jean Chretian.  They suggest his shelf life has expired.  Chretian has threatened to call an early election if they don't tow the line but the Liberals said 'bring it on'.  The Liberal party is fed up, Jean Chretian, Paul Martin, John Turner and others have manipulated loans to be lost and never repaid.  They cut off debate 83 times, democracy has become invisible.  Liberal MP's are unhappy eunuchs forced to march blindly to the Liberal drum, unable to vote their conscience.  John Walters of Washington says Canadians are ashamed of Jean Chretian and the Liberal party.  Chretian, said  he has never tested marijuana but might once he decriminalized it.  He also said he will have the money for a fine and a joint in the other hand.

October 14:  MSN free chat rooms are shut down due to abuse by pedophiles, Micro Soft says.  Others suggest it is just a profit motive.  As of this date 50 million chatters must pay a fee and provide personal information to access the chat rooms.  This will allow MSN to monitor content and provide information to police.  It sounds like another 'Big Brother is Watching You' syndrome.

October 28:  New Westminster, seven Anglican church men face "canon of discipline" for disobedient and disrespectful conduct.  Same-sex marriage turmoil is the issue.  These seven spoke out against same-sex marriage.  Possible punishment includes suspension or excommunication.  Anglicans have tolerated the church's gay lobby, now those gays whom they tolerated will not tolerate them.  The Anglican Churches in Africa, Asia and the West Indies are apposed to the consecration of gay bishop Gene Robinson in the United States considering it heresy.  Others use the words of "a state of impaired communion".  Kenya has already cut ties with the American Church.  These people represent 50 million of the 77 million Anglicans.  The realignment of the Anglican church has begun with an interim church with in a church using what they call flying bishops to attend to the conventional congregation.  The division of the Church assets will be a difficult undertaking.   

November 5                     WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE 

Bill Gates is offering a 5 million dollar bounty for the arrest and conviction of the creators of Computer viruses, Spam viruses, Worms, Trojan horses and other technical vermin.  Two rewards of $250,000 are offered for information about the hackers who created the MSBlast worm and the Sobig virus.  The interesting aspect of this bounty is it takes away the 'bragging rights' of the hackers for fear of being exposed for the money.  Some suggest Micro soft is just try to mask the real problem of defective products.  It is also suggested that pop-up ads are "high-tech extortion" and companies involved should be charged.

November 6:  The Kayoto Protocal is based on naive simplistic science pushed by the likes of alarmist Dr David Suzuki b-1936 and the Liberal environmental minister David Anderson.  Michael Mann of the University of Virginia, supported by Raymond Bradley University of Massachusetts and Malcolm Hughes University of Arizona. is cited as starting the Kyoto myth and their research has been found to contain numerous errors, critical data sets were truncated or extrapolated unreasonably, some data was obsolete, errors of linking temperature records to wrong geographic locations and calculation method errors.  The auditors of their research called it shocking.   The Russians are saying 'NYET' to Kyoto, The Americans are saying 'NO' to Kyoto!  The former scientific support is quickly evaporating.   Four thousand (4,000) scientists from 106 countries, including 72 Nobel Prize winners refute the Greenhouse myth.  Seventeen thousand (17,000) scientists signed the Oregon Petition also rejecting the Kyoto Protocol based on a Greenhouse hypothesis.  It is noteworthy that Canada has already spent 2.5 billion on this myth.

November 12:  Prime Minister Jean Chretien, a Roman Catholic, a millionaire who loved to hobnob with the rich and famous is being characterized as a swaggering thug, a bully, with an inferiority complex who never apologies for his transgressions.  Jean Chretien claims that his calming the separatist storm in Quebec was his greatest achievement, but only 4% of Canadians agree.  About 53% of Canadians can't think of one significant accomplishment of his leadership.  His major foibles include:

December:  The Alberta glaciers are at their lowest levels in 10,000 years as part of a world wide cycle of warming and cooling trends.  It is noteworthy that Alaska and the NWT were once tropical in nature in our past.   However if we take a longer view current ocean levels were only achieved two times in the past, once about 120,000 B.C. and 200,000 B.C.  About 135,000 B,C it was 125 meters below present.  We live in very abnormal times,  The average ocean levels for the past 100,000 years was 25-50 meters below present. 

 December 3:    The judges of Canada have been creating law, rather than interpreting law created by Parliament.  Today the non-justice Paul Chrumka of the Court of Queen's bench eliminated the the right to justice by a jury.  Paul Chrumka ordered the Jury to find Grant Krieger guilt of trafficking in pot.  So much for trials by jury, so much for citizens determining justice, so much for justice.  Shame on this jury for not standing up against this infamous judge.  What will they do when they are before the courts and can't expect justice.  It is noteworthy that this same legal system ordered the Liberal Government to traffic in pot.

December 5:  It is reported that Canada lost the lumber trade war with the U.S.A. having cost Canadians 1.6 billion dollars in the past 18 months, of which the Americans might return 52% of the punitive duties.

December 5:  The Roman Catholic church in Boston is forced to sell its palatial residence valued at 13.7 million dollars to pay some of the 85 million dollar compensation to 540 victims of sexual abuse by the clergy.  

December 5:  Talks between Anglicans and Roman Catholics collapsed as a result of the appointment of an openly homosexual Episcopal Bishop.

December 9:  A total of 56,700 grandparents in Canada are living with their grandchildren without either of the parents involvement.  About 46% of these grandparents are retired with the highest number living in Saskatchewan.

December 10:  Prime minister Jean Chretien had promised Canadians that Canada would not suffer in the wake of the Liberal decision not to support the Americans in Iraq.  Today the Americans announced that Canada is not allowed it bid on the 18 billion US reconstruction contracts in Iraq.  France, Germany and Russia are also not allowed to bid.  The biggest winners are Great Britain, Australia, Poland, Ukraine and Spain.  El Salvador, Rwanda and Angola are allowed to bid.  It is noteworthy that Canada has contributed 300 million Canadian to help rebuild Iraq.

December 11:  A colossal new energy source in the form of frozen gas is in the Mackenzie Delta of Canada that exceeds all other fossil fuel deposits combined.  It is estimated to be 279,000,000 trillion cubic feet.  The total known world supply of natural gas is only 5,000 trillion cubic feet.  Canada's current gas inventory is only 59 trillion cubic feet.  This gas is pure methane without contaminants such as sulfur.  

December 28:  Pope John called for greater defense of the institute of marriage between man, woman and God, saying a misunderstood sense of rights, was altering this divine gift.  Politicians have a moral duty to oppose laws granting legal marriage rights to gay couples.  To vote for a law so harmful to the common good is gravely immoral. 

2004

CDO's (Collateralised-Debt Obligations) totaled $157 billion in the USA alone.  This year about $900 billion in refinancing loans on homes were issued to extract appreciating values from the housing market.  People believed house values would continue to escalate forever.  America went on a spending spree to live the good life.  Houses were re-mortgaged to renovate, build swimming pools, boats, RV's, cottages at the lakes and oceans.  Folks were saying "let the good times roll".

This year saw more exciting mortgages enter the market.  You could get flexible mortgages were you got low interest rates, zero down  below market value and the difference to market value was added to your principle.  The belief was that the house value would appreciate faster than the purchase principle value plus interest, then you could flip it for a profit.  Between 2000 to 2005 the housing market increased in value by 50%, therefore this was seen as a sure thing.  

January 4:  Imam Syed Soharwardy, founder of the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada stated: "Sharia (Islamic Law) cannot be customized for specific countries.  These universal, divine laws are for all people of all countries for all times."  "I am one of the founding members of the Islamic Institute of Civil Justice.  The mandate of the institute is to resolve disputes within existing Canadian laws by using the principles of conflict resolution from Islamic Law, or sharia."  He later (2008) denied his own column saying "I never asked to bring sharia in Canada".  Soharwardy appears to speak with forked toung.

January 5:  The billion dollar 'Gun Registry' in Canada has been a colossal failure in reducing violent crime.  The program has had no effect on crime or acted in any other way as a deterrent.  We will fight against it.  It should be scrapped.  So says Al Kounig Union Head of the Calgary Police Association.  It is noteworthy that one million guns still remain unregistered, the public consider it a Liberal joke.

January 6:  The 'Three Davids'; Environmental Minister David Anderson, Environmental Climatologist David Phillips and David Suzuki are referred to as having the 'Chicken Little' syndrome.  An icon for foolish alarmism.  Science suggests these foolish alarmists should be ignored as no single weather event or series of weather events, can be linked to climate change, man-made or natural.  Climate is an average usually taken over a period of 30 years.  Extremes for 2, 5 even 10 years occur all the time, this is normal.  Anyone who claims these are man-made or global warming/cooling, are full of hooey! 

January 15:  David O Carpenter Directory of the Institute for Health and Environment at the State University of New York in Albany is considered to be the 'Chicken Little' of America.  Not having a shred of scientific evidence he has made accusations that farmed fish are polluted causing cancer, lowering sperm count and that red and pink salmon are fed dye to give them their color.  This is the same man who claimed electromagnetic radiation from power poles caused cancer. 

February:  Prime Minister Paul Martin of Canada accused the former Prime Minister of Canada, Jean Chretien of heading a rogue unit of government that bilked millions of dollars from 1987-2001.  The Government treasury point to Alfonson Gagiliano Ambassador to Denmark as the major culprit.  The Canada Post Office, Via Rail and the RCMP are those named receiving fraudulent funds.  

February: Alan Greenspan (Grunspan) b-1926 suggested homeowners should take out ARM's (Adjustable Rate Mortgages) on of the causal factors of the mortgage collapse of 2007. 

February 10:  Canada, Auditor General Sheila Fraser issued her scandalous audit of $100 million concerning the Liberal Government Sponsorship Program.  She said the problems with the Sponsorship Program money was known in 2000, and the Liberal Government choose to ignore it.  In 2002 a letter was sent to Paul Martin by a Liberal Party official that suggested taxpayer dollars were being diverted from the Sponsorship Program for Partisan purposes.  In 2002 it was recommended the RCMP investigate the Government advertising contracts.

July 7:  The Roman Catholic Church in Portland, Oregon is the first in the U.S. to declare itself bankrupt under the weight of $160 million of child sex abuse lawsuits. 

July 30:  The Islamic (Muslim) Dark Ages are descending on Canada.  Ontario is considering allowing justice to be dispensed by Islamic Sharia.   
Islamic Law (The law system of Muslims) as it relates to women is evil and violates Human Rights.  The Qur'an is the principal source of Islamic law, the Sharia. 

We should remember that in Pakistan between 1977 to 1988, 15,000 rape victims were convicted of fornication and imprisoned by the Sharia court.  They were also charged with adultery which usually results in a death sentence in Muslim dominated cultures.   
Within Sharia law, there is a specific set of offences known as the Hadd offences. These are crimes punished by specific penalties, such as stoning, lashes or the severing of a hand. 
We should not allow this evil into Canada under the pretext of Ontario's Arbitration Act of 1991.  Further more any religious organization that violates Canadian Human Rights, in their religious law or doctrine, should not be allowed to register itself as a tax deductible organization.

September 1:  Canadian climatologists are red-faced after a summer of record-breaking cold when their model predicted above normal temperatures.  Manitoba for example dropped about 3 C (5 F) below normal from May to August and tied with Siberia for the worst summer in the hemisphere.  Winnipeg had the chilliest mean temperature since records started being kept in 1873.  The Pacific and Arctic Oceans are 3 degrees above normal and climatologists assumed by their model this would cause above normal temperatures.  They admit they may never understand the cause of global cooling this summer.  It is noteworthy that climatologists since 1999 have known that global warming can sometimes lead to cold weather or even global cooling.

October 25:  A study of 2,000 children from 1994 to 2000 and other studies confirms physical punishment and yelling at children results in aggression, delinquency, crime in adolescence and adulthood, poor school results, unemployment in adulthood and other negative circumstances.  This is according to Statistic Canada.  It is noteworthy that about 80% of adults still believe, to spare the rod, is to spoil the child.  It is also noteworthy that Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Israel, Latvia  and Austria have already made physical punishment of children illegal.  The United Nations has sighted Canada as condoning abuse of children.

November 2:  Eleven States, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, Oregon and Utah overwhelming rejected same sex marriage.  Twenty million people voted on the issue in a ratio of 2 to 1 to preserve traditional marriage.  The Canadian Parliament does not allow a free vote on human rights issues.  Some believe Canada would follow the American example, if freedom was allowed.  It is noteworthy that 38 States have passed legislation in defense of the marriage acts.  Analysts concluded the American Democrats lost the election because they abandoned moral values, especially the ban of gay marriage.  Some suggest this will happen to the Liberals in Canada.

2005

CDO's (Collateralised-Debt Obligations) totaled $272 billion in the USA alone.  J. Kyle Bass from Dallas Texas was the first man in America to predict the sub prime mortgages scandal and the collapse of the World Economy.  Allen Greenspan said that he and about 200 people with PHD's didn't understand CD0's which were financial instruments that were supposed to be back by mortgages and bonds.  The trick was to get a AAA rating on BBB rated sub prime mortgages and bundle them to sell as CDO's.

The sub prime market was about 25% of the housing market.  This didn't go unnoticed by some financial managers and traders but they thought they could get out before the pending crash.

OTC (Over-The-Counter) derivatives are un-regulated commercial paper between banks, and between businesses including banks and Governments.  These include those based on debt, currencies, commodities, stocks, bonds, loans, oil, gold, stock market indices, interest rates, commercial real-estate, or what ever two people agree upon.  This year the outstanding position was $298 trillion dollars up from last year of $220 trillion..

We survived the dark ages by separating the roles and responsibilities of Church and State.  The pendulum has now swung where 'The State' is determining 'The Church' and we should now consider the separation of State and Church.  Social Engineering requires control of the Education system.  The Supreme Court of Canada has ordered the School Board in Surry, B.C. to use homosexual material in kindergarten and grade one books.  The homosexual community now wants all schools in B.C. to include homosexual role modeling in the curriculum.  Social Engineering requires we pass from a God-centered reality, to a Human-centered reality, to an Earth-centered sense of reality and value.  In Australia two Christian Pastors are found guilty of violating the racial and Religious Tolerance Act making Civil Judges the final arbitrators on what Churches can teach in their churches.  Christians in Philadelphia are being persecuted for peacefully demonstrating their views against the homosexual Gay Pride events.  They face possible prison terms of 47 years for what is considered a hate crime.  Social Engineering is pushing a pseudo-religious/spiritual agenda.  Some believe that Christianity is fast becoming Canada's mystery religion.  The 10 commandments are now know as the 10 suggestions among teens.  About 83% of teens believe moral truths depends on the circumstances (situational ethics).  The governments Social Engineering Agenda is trying to elevate 'tolerance' to the level of a Fundamental Principle but tolerance is not the foundation of a culture.   Social Engineering through education and propaganda was born shortly after WWII.  Social Engineering is the art of deception to gain peoples trust to abuse them for fun, profit or political gain.  The Liberals are trying to elevate the Supreme Court of Canada to replace God.

Pope John Paul II (1978-2005) said same-sex marriage is part of an 'ideology of evil'.  An ideology insidious and hidden, which attempts to pit human rights against the family and against man.  Parliaments which create and promulgate such laws must be aware that they are transgressing their powers and remain in open conflict with the law of God and the law on nature.

A group of five banks created a new financial document called CDO's (Collateralized Debt Obligations) in 2007 better known as the Sub-prime Market.  Their premise is that growth will cover any shortfall of asset value.  This is a form of future speculation and is considered high risk by some banks.   The principles involved are Deutsche Bank AG lead by Gregg Lippmann; Goldman Sachs Group Inc. lead by Rativ, Kamilla, Bear Stearns Cos headed by Todd Kushman that included the City Group Inc. and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.  The CDO's allowed financers to bet against the U.S. housing market with teaser interest loans, poor credit, zero down payment loans to help meet demand for potentially high yield loan market.  The first issue was 5 billion dollars in January 19, 2006. 

January 18:   India, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in India was shocked when Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti the Supreme Religious Leader of Sikhs says same sex marriage is an "idea that originated from sick minds".  Prime Minister Singh of India also expressed his disfavor of Canadian Liberals over the issue.  "No body would support such a person having such dirty thoughts in their mind because it is against the Sikh religion and the Sikh code of conduct and totally against the laws on nature:.  The implications are that this is a world issue not just a Canadian issue.  This opinion also implies the Supreme Court of Canada and the Liberal party are composed of people with sick minds.    The Liberals made it very clear that don't care what the Sikhs, Catholics, Muslims, Christians, Buddhist, Jews or any other religious group have to say on the issue.  

It is noteworthy that Pandora's box has been opened.  Polygamists (Muta)  now want their multiple marriages recognized.  Polyamory a society of individuals of multi-partnered relationships and families will want to be accommodated.  Pedophilia is now legal in Canada provided the adult marries the child or baby.   The Muslim Holy Book the Quran allows polygamy (Muta) for males but not females.  Muta however is a religious license to practice infidelity.  Muta is a Muslim term for 'Pleasure Marriages', that last a few minutes or as long as a life time.  Marriage between brothers and sisters was allowed in Egyptian, Inca and Hawaiian cultures and they maybe made legal by the Liberal decisions.  Do not be surprised as homosexual marriage expand to other relationships.

January 23:  Imam Syed Soharwardy, founder of the ISCC (Islamic Supreme Council of Canada) stated:  "ISCC...strongly condemns the exploitation of tsunami victims by the Christian missionaries.  There have been several reports that the Christian missionaries are kidnapping Muslim children in Indonesia...It is now proven that the Christian missionaries do not help people on humanitarian grounds.  They help people in order to exploit their needs and convert them to Christianity."  He was fully aware his news release would reach the Muslim governments.  As a result many Indonesian Christians were attacked and killed, including three Christian school girls who were beheaded by Muslim men.  This Muslim Imam has blood on his hands and blood on his mosque, in Calgary.

February:  The Economist, a respected British magazine, says Paul Martin is Mr. Dithers with his fiscal cafeteria giving the impression that Canada's top job is too big for him.  Dithers means delays, confused and indecisive.  Also one who doesn't accomplish anything in an efficient manner.

February:  Some believe the traditional family is in a downward spiral of social values.  Only 41% of families are composed of one man, one woman and at least one child.  36.5% of couples are without children.  86% of families have both parents working.  41.9% are divorced.  58% don't take vacations.

February:  History will condemn the use of stun guns and stun belts as torture devices used to terrorize and punish those who defy government authority.  It is estimated that 400,000 torture victims reside in the US.  Most applicants of torture are the police who use these torture devices as they leave no trace except those who die by the use of these devices.  Torture is from the word tortus meaning twisted.

February:  Pope John Paul (1978-2005) suggested abortion, like the holocaust came about when people decided to usurp "the Law of God" .  He said abortion is the legal extermination of human beings who have been conceived but not yet born.  It is noteworthy that Hitler considered the extermination of Jews a legal process of eugenics who are considered mentally defective.  Paul Spiegal the head of the German Jews took acceptation to this comparison.  Abortion from the churches perspective is the killing of the unborn which likely number more than the number of Jews killed during WWII.  Spiegal wants to ban the sale of John Pauls (1978-2005) book in Germany.  Who should speak out for these deaths?

February 17:  The Hutterite community has taken an unprecedented political stand warning Paul Martin that he is turning Canada into the next Sodom and Gomorrah if same-sex marriage is legalized.  We will be classified as traitors in God's eyes, and we will live the darkest days in all of Canadian history.  The 50,000 Hutterites normally remain politically neutral.

February 25:  Sexuality issues have split the Anglican Church of Canada and the Episcopal Church of the United States.  They are in process of withdrawn from the Global Anglican communication after failure to agree with election of homosexual Bishops and same-sex marriages.  It is noteworthy that the African Church and the Asian Church are against same-sex marriages and homosexual Bishops.  The homosexuals living together in America only number .6% to 2.5% of the population depending on source and the Liberal Governments and Courts have chosen to tear our country and religions asunder to force religions to change to what they consider an evil conclusion.  The Anglican Church of Canada is considered as a splintered Church of fundamentally differing religions.  65 million of the 77 million Anglicans world wide believe homosexual activity is incompatible with scripture.  The process of splitting up the assets of the church is quietly in process.

February 26:  Ontario Liberals OKs same-sex law (same-sex marriage) on an oral vote.  They didn't want to be identified with a recorded vote for fear of reprisals at the next election.  Bill Murdoch proclaimed that democracy is dead.  Harper noted the Liberals ordered the internment of Japanese-Canadians during WWII and refused to allow Jews into Canada who were trying to escape the holocaust two clear violations of Human Rights.

February 28:  Canada is failing on Human Rights, with its police brutality, the trafficking in people, anti-Semitic acts, child poverty, and violence against women, especially aboriginal women.  As an example the Canadian Government in 1990 was to address child poverty by 2000 and has done virtually nothing.  Canada ranks 19th of 26 OELD developed countries when it comes to child poverty,

March:  Islamic Schools in America are teaching hatred towards Jews and Christians and are teaching Islam's supremacy.  They teach that Jews in their arrogance claimed that all wisdom and knowledge of Allah . . .  their claim is not only arrogance but blasphemy.  This Islamic learning is a Canadian emulation of extremists that demand total segregation from the Canadian milieu.   It twisted religion to its own benefit and demanded cultic devotion to Abdul Majid Kan of Pakistan.  They teach being American is just being born in this country, being American means nothing.  All religions other than Islam are false including Jews and Christians.  The Head of the Canadian Islamic congress Mohamed Elmasry publicly endorsed the murder of all Israelis over age 18.  The Council of American Islamic relations spew anti-Semitism and host neo-nazi.

March 31:  The Liberal Party of Canada is considered morally bankrupt on its policy of Gun Registry, Kyoto Protocol, Same Sex Marriage and the Gomery Commission.  The Liberal Party of Canada is accused between (1994-2002) of fraud, receiving 100's of millions of dollars, siphoned off of Canadian tax dollars, to the Liberal Party, in bogus transactions.  They are accused of having links to organized crime (The Mob).  The FBI reports that Alfonso Gagliano, the Canadian Minister of Public Works, was a longtime soldier and a 'Made Member' of the Bonanno Crime Family.  Joe Morselliu an associate of Gagliano was involved in the fraud activity of the Liberal Government.  It is know that Gagliano had meetings with Joseph Massino the boss of the Montreal Bonanno Family.  Jean Carle a key aid to Prime Minister Jean Chretien was involved and said there is room (for fraud) by everyone.  This included Gaby Chretien son of Prime Minister Jean Chretien.       

April: Alan Greenspan (Grunspan) b-1926 suggested we need a varity of mortgage alternatives than just a fix-rate mortgages.  He also phrased the sub-prime mortgages.  The home mortgage market (mortgage origination system) began to show cracks in Q1 2006 and collapsed March 2007.  During the period 2001 to 2007 mortgage approval was unregulated and only took 20-30 minutes for approval by unqualified young people and were quickly bundled in derivatives and sold around the world through banks, traders and financial institutes totally unregulated..

April 8:  The Gomery inquiry gag order was partially lifted today revealing a Liberal Party that is run on extortion, kickbacks, fraud, shady deals and forgery.  The stench and rot of the Liberal Party corruption and criminal conspiracy has shocked the world.  Jean Brault owner of Groupaction and third largest in Quebec pleaded guilty of 5 fraud charges, had no trouble in recalling details concerning the Federal Sponsorship fund scandal.      The Liberal Party employed bagmen to intimidate people in their dirty money schemes.  Illicit payoffs were made to the Quebec Liberal Party and the Parti Quebecois.  Included in the payoffs were Michel Beliveau, Benot Corbeil, both Directors-General of the Federal Liberal Party Quebec wing, Joe Morsellin and Tony Mignacla, close associates of Liberal Minister Alfonso Gagliano a 'made' member of the Mob, and  Morsellin and Mignacla are two associates of Mob Boss Alfonso Gagliano.  Jacques Corriveau a back room power broker and a long time friend of Prime Minister Jean Cretien received 10% off the top or $430,000.  The relationship between Jean Brault and Charles Guite is still under ban.  Many Liberal Party members were employed by Groupaction but were actually working for the Liberal Party.  Alain Renaud a Liberal Party fun raiser, for example, was paid 1.1 million of the dirty money.  Jean Brault was ordered to pay $100,000 in cash to Joe Morselli (a likely mob associate) at a Gagliano fundraisings dinner.  In 2002 Jean Brault of Groupaction was ordered to pay $400,000 to Benot Corbeil and Corbeil said this would be covered in future kick backs.  In 1998 $264,000 was paid to Liberals through Groupaction.  He was forced to pay Liberal Party fundraising catering bills and even the renovating costs of Liberal headquarters and party websites.  Jean Brault gave the brother of Prime Minister Jean Chretien, Gaby Chretien $4,000.00 for what he called the Liberal cause.  He employed Maria Lyne Chretien niece of the Prime Minister and sent $180,000 to Vincent Gagliano a son of mob boss Alfonso Gagliano and $30,000 to Guite's son-in-law.  He was pressured to put Peryl Wajsman on the payroll at $5,000 monthly to be pain in cash in an envelope.  The Liberal Party said that Corriveau head of Via Rail should be given anything he wanted.  Corriveau was referred to as the choo-choo man and Tete Blanche, reminisce of organized crime nick names.  $100,000 was paid to support the Liberal Party gun-registry program.  Serge Gosselin a Liberal Party operative was paid $7,000 of the dirty money.  One reporter summed it up this way, if a Liberal MLA was aware of the corrupt policy they should resign immediately.   If they were not aware they should be so ashamed they should resign the Liberal Party and sit as independents.

April 9:  Jean Brault owner of Groupaction made it quite clear that $30,000 was paid for Mr Chretien's campaign and not for the campaign of the Liberal Party.

April 11:  There is little doubt that former Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his office was directly involved in the Sponsorship Program.  Alain Renard of Groupaction testified that Chuck Guite confirmed that a number of contracts crossed the desk of Jean Pelletier, Jean Chretien's Chief of Staff.  Michel Beliveau, Jean Chretien's riding organizer was a point man between Alain Renaud and Jean Pelletier when ever Groupaction sought more contracts.  Allen Renaud testified that Chuck Guite says projects are presented to the Public Works Minister and it has to go through the Prime Minister's office and that's how it works.   The Federal Liberal Party has stated they will return all dirty money associated with the Sponsorship Program.  The Liberal popularity is in free fall and now stands at 25%, Conservatives at 36%, NDP at 20.5% and the Bloc at 12.6%.  Ontario is still at Liberals 38% clearing indicating that Ontario is willing to sell its soul to organized crime and the devil, a very sad state of affairs.  The Liberal Party of Canada has lost all moral authority to rule, some suggest the Liberals are morally bankrupt..  

April 12:  It is claimed that Paul Martin's Office redirected Sponsorship contracts.  The Liberal Party of Canada is systematically destroying the religious ethic of the sanctity of life and family.

April 13:  The Liberal Part commitment in February 2002 to Kyoto by Jean Chretien is now admitted by many as unfeasible. 

April 18:  Warren Kinsella, a former Cabinet Aid, said Paul Martin was aware of the contracts and interference with contracts by Jean Chertien.  Kinsella said Prime minister Paul Martin absolutely had knowledge that contracts in the mid 1990's were rigged to favor the Earnscliffe Strategy group.  Allen Cutler had previously stated the same thing.  Jean Chretien's confident Jacques Corriveau lied to the commission and Gaetan Mondoux summed his testimony by saying :its clear that its bullshit."

April 21:  Benoit Corbeil, an influential Quebec power broker, says 7-8 lawyers were made judges after volunteering to work for the Liberal Party.  He will by testifying at the Gomery inquiry. 

April 22:  Jacques Corriveau has implicated Prime Minister Chretien, Sheila Copps, Heritage Minister, John McCallum, Defense Minister and Claude Drouin, secretary of State for economic development in Quebec in the adscam.

April 23:  The NDP a Federal Government party are willing to "deal with the devil" to gain some political influence.  The Liberals have already sold their soul to the devil and will do anything to cling to power.

April 28:  Chuck Guite and Huguette Trembly of the Liberal Government, requested false Adscam bills from Paul Coffin who pleaded guilty to fraud.  Jean Lafleur has also testified about the request for false billings.  It is noteworthy that Jean Chretien's Clarity Act on Quebec Separation also used requests for false bills.  Chuck Guite ran the Adscam program from 1997-1999 and claimed Jean Chretien and Paul Martin were involved.

June:  Karla Homolka, a notorious sex killer, who is considered a dangerous criminal likely to kill again, is scheduled to be released in July but more likely June of 2005.  Karla Homolka, wife of Paul Bernardo, are considered the most notorious sex killing couple in Canadian history.  The took turns sexually abusing their victims and videotaped their crimes.  Their victims include Homolka's own sister in 1990 whom they killed.  Another girl named Jane Doe in 1990 was drugged by Homolka and presented to Bernardo as a sex slave and they both did sexual acts on the drugged girl.  In 1991 the couple captured, killed and dismembered 14 year old Leslie Mahaffy.  In 1992 Kristen French a teenager is captured, tortured and killed by the couple.  Homolka was a willing participant and in one case the instigator of the crime but a deal was cut, called a "deal with the devil" giving the killer Karla Homolka a 12 year sentence in exchange for her testimony against her husband Bernardo.  Most folks at the time believed a tremendous injustice had been bone. 

June 12:  Daniel Dezainde claimed Jacques Cordiveau the closest of friends to Jean Chretian was at the center of the adscam kickback scheme. 

May 26:  The Quebec National Assembly unanimously rejected the use of Islamic Courts in Quebec because it infringed on Muslim women's rights.  Ontario in November prohibits faith-based tribunals from settling family law disputes.  The Principle of separation of Church and State is well entrenched in Canada.

December 12:  The Supreme Court of Canada's mainly Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin is trying to promote "the living tree" philosophy.  The rule of law, she says, requires judges to uphold unwritten constitutional norms even in the face of clearly enacted laws or hostile public opinion.  In short the courts should create and write law and tell government how to spend moneys without being dually elected.  The courts ruled Nova Scotia must provide a French language school in a particular suburb.  The court in B.C. told the health minister to hire people to provide sign language interpretation for the hearing impaired.  Why do we have elected government.  How do you remove a free spending judge who goes against the will of the people?  How do we bring the Supreme Court of Canada under control?  When did we decide a panel of 7 people can replace God?

December 13:  One study suggests 15% (others suggest 45-55%) of women admit to having sexual affairs.  Their mantra is 'I need it', 'I want it', 'I deserve it' and many have no guilt.  Some believe the advent of the pill has removed inhabitations, others that women's liberation has altered our value system, others that Rights and Freedom with no responsibility promotes promiscuity, still others point to the fact that over 60% of women are working, outside the home and therefore have more opportunity.  Not to be forgotten, 40% of families now only have one parent, mostly women and this is up from 10% in 1970.  In a few years the family unit will be one parent, of a family less than replacement numbers, resulting in the demise of the Canadian mosaic.

The Judicial System is the Sanhedrin of the 21 century and have given the Liberal dominated government their 30 pieces of silver.  To achieve absolute power they must eventually eliminate anything to do with God.  Eventually they will execute anyone who goes against the system.  When will we ever learn?

January 10:  Woman's Liberation Philosophy with their 'Pro-Choice' demands, with little regard for life, has resulted in 35 million girls in India being aborted.  Many of these grisly abortions are being performed in Canada and the United States.   Its my body I will do what I want.....!

January 12:  A study costing $150,000 called the polygamy project, launched a year ago and paid for by the Justice Department and Status of Women in Canada suggests the practice of polygamy should be legalized.   Others suggest legalization of bigamy and incest become the norm along with sex clubs and gay marriages.  Beverly Baines, Rita Amani and Bailey of Queens University of Kingston conducted the study.  They argue that this fits Canadian permissiveness.  They fail to say the Judicial System and Liberal Party have been socially engineering the central Canadian population into a morally depleted and permissive society.   Other sexual orientation groups want to be recognized and provided with special legislation to protect their minority rights.  These include pedophilia, asexuality,  bestiality, transgender  and many other orientations now considered as fetishes or disorders.

February 15:  Ontario has formally passed legislation to prohibit the use of religious tribunals to settle family law disputes such as custody and divorce.  The bill was introduced after Premier Dalton McGuinty promised last year to prohibit the use of religious rules, called Shariah law, to settle Muslim family law cases.  McGuinty surprised many when he announced he would not only ban Shariah, but would also prohibit all religious arbitrations in Ontario. 

February 26:  Canada with a population of 32 million performs 100,000 abortions per year or 24.2% of births clearing showing it's a form of birth control.  Britain with a population of 59 million performs 180,000 abortions per year or 21.8% of births.  It is noteworthy that the UK performs abortions for many other countries.    The worst is Russia at 58.2% of live births

February 28:  It is proposed that new immigrants need to embrace Canadian values.  Special attention must be given to Muslim communities since Islamic values are the greatest danger to Canada.   If they don't accept Canadian values they shouldn't come to Canada.  If they fail to live up to Canadian values they will be removed from Canada.   Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia Law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia.  Prime Minister John Howard  and his ministers made it clear that extremists would face a crackdown.  The Muslim clerics are telling their people their are two laws in Australia, the Australian Law and the Islamic Law.  Radical Clerics could be asked to leave the country if they don't accept one Australian Law.  Education Minister Brendan Nelson said Muslims who do not want to accept local values should "clear off".  Howard supported having spies monitoring the nation's mosques to make sure they comply. 

March 3  Pat Robertson a radio evangelist who preached that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez should be assassinated and Israel Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine punishment.  The U.S. National Religious Broadcasters Board of Directors excluded him from the Board. 

March 6:  Governor Mike Rounds signed legislation Monday banning nearly all abortions in South Dakota, setting up a court fight aimed at challenging the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion.  The bill would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless the procedure was necessary to save the woman's life. It would make no exception for cases of rape or incest.

March 16:  More scientist are beginning to question the causal factors governing the the cycles of global warming and global cooling.  Some contend the the suns cycles of 208 years affect these cycles, other suggest waves of deep space high-energy rays affect the cycles.  They contend current theories are inadequate to explain these normal cycles throughout the earths history.

March 24:  The Catholic Charities of Boston has pulled out of adoption services after being forced to provide children to homosexual couples.  The State Bishop (Daniel P. Reilly) claims same-sex adoption is a violence against children.

March 27:  Al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui claimed he and Richard Reid were to hijack a 5th plane September 11, 2001 and fly it into the White House.  Khalid Sheikh Mohammed said Moussaoui was problematic and unreliable to join the 9/11 team.  Richard Reid on December 22, 2001 had attempted to detonate a shoe bomb.  Moussaoui was aware of the 9/11 plot in August 2001 and he holds the judicial system in contempt and only believes in Islamic Law.  He said being the 20th hijacker was "a bit of fun".

March 30:  Canada has severed relations and cut foreign aid to Palestine.  Palestine has refused to renounce terrorist activity, refused to renounce violence, refused to recognize Israel.

April 1:  The resent case in Afaghanistan, calling for the execution of Abdul Rahman, for converting from Islam to Christianity 16 years ago, brings these thoughts to mind.  "These people (Muslims) have turned Islam into the Mafia: you can get in alive, but you can get out only with death."   This Principle is central to sharia law and this is based on the memoirs of the barbaric Prophet Muhannad (570-632) "If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him".   Even in Canada President Syed Mumtaz Ali of the Canadian Society of Muslims says we must permit as "reasonable" the Islamic community, to execute any Muslim trying to leave Islam  Killing of apostasy (those who abandon ones religion) is practiced in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Mauritania, Iran, and although Pakistan and Indonesia proclaim religious freedom many villages practice the Islamic tradition..  In Egypt the Supreme Court has ruled that apostates are legally dead.  Egypt presently has 150 Christians converts in jail because they are "threatening national unity".  All Muslim scholars unanimously agree that apostasy is the greatest sin and apostasy means death.  Raham has escaped to Italy but two other Afaghan Christians converts have been jailed and another was beaten unconscious outside his home by six men.   The allied forces said we didn't come to Afghanistan to support religious intolerance.   Most world leaders condemn this barbaric Islam practice.  Many believe Islam stands for intolerance, barbarism and injustice based on their actions.  .  It is suggested that the Muslim Religious churches be stripped of their religious and charitable status world wide to remove any and all tax advantage until they stop holding allah & God in contempt.  All foreign aid should be withheld from Muslim countries that don't hold a minimum standard of decency towards their people, especially the women and children.  Travel should be restricted to and from those countries for the safety of the people.  The 'god of Islam' (allah) is not the God of Christianity, Judaism or other religions of the world.      

April 9:  

France rejected same sex marriage as it violates the United Nations convention of the rights of the child.
Australia revoked gay marriage legislation as marriage holds a special place in society and we will not allow that to be undermined.
Ireland votes to retain traditional definition of marriage.
Czech Republic vetoed a same sex Union law.
Alberta voted 73% to allow a free vote on same sex marriage, only 24% voted no.  The Liberal Government had previously railroaded same-sex marriages undermining the social structure of Canada.

April 13:  The Liberal endorsed 'Kyoto Accord' is basically dead, 15 Kyoto programs are cut as being unrealistic.  Canada will develop it's own strategy. 

May 5:  Canada has finally joined 25 other nations in confirming that Turkey did commit genocide against the Armenian people resulting in the death of 1.5 million people in 1915-23.  Turkey withdrew their ambassador from Canada in protest.  Turkey is in grave denial.  

May 16:  The United States National Security Agency has been spying, since 9/11 on ten's of million of telephone customers of AT&T Corp, Version Communication Inc. and Bellsouth Corp who were ordered to turn over their records.  President Bush had previously authorized NSA to eavesdrop, without warrant, on international phone calls.   "BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU"

May 17:  President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela believes the U.S. wants to oust him.  The decision of the U.S. government to cut arms sales to Venezuela could result in a cutoff of oil sales to the U.S.  Currently 60% of Venezula's crude goes to the U.S.

May 18:  Charles Guite an Ad executive says the Prime Ministers Office of Jean Chretien of the Liberal Government was involved in the Ad scam.  Jean Lambert in testimony testified, saying high level civil servants, MP's, Senior Quebec Liberals , cabinet ministers and senators were also involved.  He want on to say the Prime Ministers Office was at the center of the Ad scam.  Lambert testified he feared for his life and that is why he did no go to the police.  He said at best he would end up in a mental institution for spreading the conspiracy theories.  He was more fearful of having a hunting accident in his living room.  He believed the Liberal Mafia was capable of making a hit.  

May 19:  World wide condemnation of the United States prison facilities at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, has been growing.  Finally the United Nations ruled "The State party should cease to detain any person at Guantanamo Bay and close the facility."  The detainees are being held for protracted periods with insufficient legal safeguards and without judicial assessment of the justification for their detention.  The United States should also ensure that no one is detained in secret detention facilities under its control and disclose the existence of any such places.

June 2: Toronto; Seventeen Islamic terrorists, most sporting traditional Muslim male beards, who some call the jihad generation, aged 19 to 43 plus 5 under age 18, one is 15 another is 17 years old, in the process of assembling 3 tonnes of ammonium nitrate intent on building truck bombs to destroy targets in Ontario.  The identified targets are Parliament Building, (to be stormed for political prisoners who would be beheaded id their demands were not met).  CN Tower, CBC building, Toronto Stock Exchange and CSIS office building.  The Oklahoma City truck bomb only used one tonne of ammonium nitrate to kill 168 people.  The terrorist group are devout religious Muslims and are is in sympathy with Al-Qaida beliefs, violent jihad ideology and in retaliation for what they consider as a world wide attack on Muslims.   A list of the adults arrested below and charged with offences under the Criminal Code of Canada. Five youths, under age 18, who cannot be named, were also charged:

1. Fahim Ahmad, 21, Toronto; in jail on gun smuggling charges.

2. Zakaria Amara, 20, Mississauga, Ont.;

3. Asad Ansari, 21, Mississauga;

4. Shareef Abdelhaleen, 30, Mississauga; a computer program of Egyptian descent.

5. Qayyum Abdul Jamal, 43, Mississauga; believed the leader of this cell, acted like the imam, a Muslim preacher who took over a masque preaching hate, and is a school buss driver. 

6. Mohammed Dirie, 22, Kingston, Ont.; in jail on gun smuggling charges

7. Yasim Abdi Mohamed, 24, Kingston; in jail on gun smuggling charges

8. Jahmaal James, 23, Toronto;

9. Amin Mohamed Durrani, 19, Toronto;

10. Steven Vikash Chand alias Abdul Shakur, 25, Toronto; a restaurant worker, threatened to behead Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

11. Ahmad Mustafa Ghany, 21, Mississauga; a science grad from McMaster University

12. Saad Khalid, 19, Mississauga. 

13. Ibrahim Alkhelel Mohammed Aboud, age 19

Mubin Shaikh b-1977 was the inside informant who had infiltrated the group.

In March 2005 two Georgia Islamic terrorists visited the Ontario cell to discuss terrorist training and bomb plots.   These two remain in custody;

Syedapmed Haris Amed age 21 who traveled to Pakistan for terrorist training.

Ehsanul Islam Sadequee age 19 who traveled to Bangladesh likely also for training.

Two terrorists in England were arrested and are believed to have ties with the Canadian cell having visited Toronto earlier.

Abed Khad age 21 was arrested returning from Pakistan, a 16 yr old lad also involved was arrested.

Two brothers age 23 and 20 were arrested for terrorist activities, after a shootout, the 23 yr old was wounded.  It is not known if they are associated with those listed above.  They were released as no evidence presented to show they connected to terrorism activities.

This Ontario Muslim terrorist cell has been under surveillance for 2 to 3 years.  Some of the young terrorists of this cell were monitored spreading hate on some of the 4,500 Islamic terrorist websites.   Most had attended terrorist training camps at Ramara Township & Washago, Ontario for terrorist indoctrination, bomb making and use of arms. 

The Islamic Jihad fundamentalism, that advocates world domination by terrorism, is a global issue and needs to be addressed on that basis.  The following actions are required for its eradication:

1.  Separation of Church and State.  Sanctions should be placed of those countries that allow religious leaders or fundamentalism to control their countries.  We have learned that separation of Christian Church and State was the only way to minimize Christianity terrorism of the past.

2.  Religious Leaders or fundamentalists who preach 'Jihad', hate or evil toward other peoples need be removed from positions of power, preaching or teaching.  Sanctions need be employed, world banking privileges removed, prison for non-repentant offenders, tax exemption privileges removed and all foreign aid suspended.

3.  Know them by their trappings, the burkes, as an example, is a symbol of a fundamentalist, the breeding ground for intolerance and hate, discontent and terrorism.  These folks need to be monitored and if exposed to #2 type folks above, high probability of terrorist training.

4.  Web sites, books and handouts that advocate "Jihad", hate or evil towards other groups need be dealt with severely.  Nearly 4,500 internet terrorist web sites is not acceptable.  Those who create, maintain or provide supporting services need be targeted.  Internet providers who have been warned and fail to remove hate sites should be fined $10,000.00 or receive jail terms.  Foreign countries that support hate sites should be dealt with under #1 or #2 above.  

Irans religious who advocate "death to America" and "annihilation of Israel" now threaten to suspend oil shipments to the US, if they don't get their way with the world.  This would be a good thing as 80% of their economy is based on oil and they would be in the same position as Palestine in short order.       

June 11:  A recent Leger Marketing poll asked Canadians what behavior they consider immoral. The results:

Pedophilia: 81 per cent (men 78 per cent, women 84 per cent).

Extra-marital affairs: 74 per cent (men 68 per cent, women - 81 per cent).

Prostitution: 68 per cent (men 59 per cent, women - 76 per cent).

Alcohol abuse: 65 per cent (men 59 per cent, women 70 per cent).

Sexual relations before age 16: 65 per cent (men 61 per cent, women - 68 per cent).

Pornographic films: 58 per cent (men 46 per cent, women - 68 per cent).

Blasphemy: 51 per cent (men 45 per cent, women 57 per cent).

Abortion: 34 per cent (men 35 per cent, women 33 per cent).

Homosexuality: 31 per cent (men 37 per cent, women 26 per cent).

Divorce: 17 per cent (men 19 per cent, women 16 per cent).

Contraception: 8 per cent (men nine per cent, women eight per cent).

It is interesting to note those things that didn't make the list, like: murder, theft, false witness, pride, greed, envy, anger, lust, gluttony, and sloth. 

June 22:  Ottawa: Prime Minister Stephan Harper offered a full apology to Chinese-Canadians for the racist head tax and exclusion legislation from 1885 to 1947.

June 23:  Miami, Florida, seven young men age 22-32, members of a 40 member gang of homegrown terrorists and wannabe Al-Qaeda terrorists planned to blow up the Sears tower in Chicago and a federal building in Miami.   This group had approached who they believed to be an Al-Qaeda contact to get supplies and money to build an Islamic army to wage Jihad against their own country.

June 23:  Sheikh Rijadh Ul-Haq a British Amam who glorifies Islamic martyrdom and speaks out against Jews and Hindus was rejected to spread his hate at an Islamic conference in Montreal.  Islamic organizers say he is an inspirational speaker.  He preaches that Jews are deceitful, that the world is divided into heretics and infidels, and Jihad is good.  He inspires Jihad philosophy in England.  He says Muslims should follow in the footsteps of Shahada (Martyrdom).  A lobby group has asked the Federal Government to ban all Muslim clerics entry to Canada but were rejected.  Australia takes a much firmer stand against Islamic radicals.

July 7:  Eight terrorists from Canada, Iraq, Palestan Saudi Araba, Yeman, Jordan and Iran were planning to launch a suicide bombing attack on New York tunnels.  The leader of this terrorist cells was Assem Hammond, b-1975 a Lebanese who held a Canadian passport and was a computer science professor.  He was arrested April 27 and admitted being part of Al Qaeda who told him not to grow a beard, or wear Islamic cloths or show any outward signs of Religious devotion. 

July 26:  Washington Supreme Court upheld a ban on same sex marriage.  Earlier this month, New York's Supreme Court ruled the Constitution does not guarantee sane-sex couples equal access to the rights and privileges of marriage.

August: New York; J. Kyle Bass from Dallas Texas, a former Bears Stearns salesman, pitched his theory about a looming housing market meltdown to senior executives of a Wall Street investment bank.  They basically ignored his warning but the chief risk officer said "God, I hope you're wrong"

The world entered into a Global Recession this year that was caused by bankers and financial managers engaging in high risk, poorly understood financial instruments, especially packaged sub-prime mortgages.  The world financial systems were on the brink of meltdown, when trillions of dollars were injected into the world financial systems.  In 2008 the exposure was estimated at $800 trillion, in what they called derivatives and would take years to clear.  Accounting rules were changed so that banks didn’t have to record losses on their balance sheet, it was called the ‘Mark to Market’ accounting rule.

CDO's (Collateralised-Debt Obligations) totaled $503 billion in the USA alone and $2 trillion world wide.  The CDO.s symthetic securities only offered 1-2% over real asset loans.  We risked World Wide Recession maybe depression for 1-2% gain, this is truly world wide greed, and those who fed this greed are truly evil people..

OTC (Over-The-Counter) derivatives are un-regulated commercial paper between banks, and between businesses including banks and Governments.  These include those based on debt, currencies, commodities, stocks, bonds, loans, oil, gold, stock market indices, interest rates, commercial real-estate, or what ever two people agree upon.  This year the outstanding position was $596 trillion dollars up from last year of $415 trillion..  This type of unregulated trading is classed as "Financial weapons of mass destruction" and will be argued by future generations as the single most likely cause of the World Wide Recession of 2008.  Derivatives are really contingent assets or liabilities and should not be included on the Balance Sheets of an organization but rather listed by classification.  Derivatives are valued in one of three ways 'Mark to Market', 'Mark to Model' or 'Mark to Imagination'.

In North America about 250,000 women are HIV positive.  South America rate is 550,000.  Africa is 12,000,000 HIV positive.

March:  The American housing mortgage market began to collapse.  Some suggest this was the trigger for the USA going into recession in December 2007.  It wasn't acknowledged by the economists until April 2008.  The Stock Market didn't react until September 2008.

August 16: NASA stated that 1998 was the warmest year of last century and that the last decade was the warmest for the century.  A mining engineer from Toronto disproved this claim and forced NASA to retract this claim.  1934 was the hottest year last century and the 1930's was the hottest of the century. 

August 17:  Scientist have long held the belief that global warming is slowing down the Gulf Stream.  Recent studies suggest that this is not true. 

September 29:  A Calgary ponzi scheme ran from 1999 to December 2008 but an internet'er warned  it was a scheme in 2006.  Gary Sorenson was arrested September 29, 2009 and Milowe Brost was arrested earlier.  The ponzi scheme is estimated to be between $100 to $400 million involving thousands of victims.

October 7:  It has always been assumed that the human appendix served no useful purpose.  Most believed it was a remnant of our evolutionary past.  Since 1886 when the first appendix was removed, millions of operations have been conducted to remove the organ, with no apparent adverse affect.  In 2006 there were 230,000 in hospitals in the United States to have their appendix removed.  There are 300-400 people who die each year from appendicitis or complications of appendix surgery.  Recent studies at Duke University Medical School has verified the minority opinion that the appendix organ produces good bacteria that is beneficial to the gastrointestinal immune system and is a reservoir of good bacteria to kick start the immune system if it failed, due to disease.  The number of appendix removal operations has declined in recent years with an attitude "if it isn't broke, don't fix it".  

October 15:  Citygroup writes down its assets by $6.5 billion on sub-prime related debt.

October 24:  Merrill Lynch writes down $8.4 billion in collateralized debt obligations.

November 2:  Tens of thousands of people who assumed they were Canadian citizens have had their citizenship thrown into question by a recent Federal court ruling on the status of world war II brides and their children.  A special wartime order in 1945 granted Canadian citizenship to brides and their children of veterans.  There were about 63,000 war brides married to Canadians and an estimated brides and children of 100,00 people. In 1947 this grant of citizenship was amended by saying anyone who left Canada without signing a form to reinstate citizenship lost it by their 24 birthday.  

November 4:  Citygroup writes down another $8-11 billion and Charles Prince CEO steps down in disgrace.

November 9:  The Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King, warned that the U.S. sub-prime mortgages crises poses more risk for the UK's financial system.  There is regret that Banks stampeded into Collateralized-Debt Obligations (CDO's) and other sub-prime mortgage-linked nasties.   Banks are reluctant to drown grade their CDO's saying "This time it's different" meaning that it's not the same as the 1930's but it is, the Banks then refused to 'market value' their assets.  They were hoping inflation would solve the problem.

November 15:  The Federal Reserve of the USA pumps $47.25 billion into the banking system.

December 9:  Iran has stopped selling oil for U.S. dollars as it's unreliable.  About 20% of Iranian crude is sold to Japan now for yen.

December 11:  Mississauga, Ontario, Mumammad Parvez killed his 16 year old daughter Aqsa Parvel for not wearing the traditional Muslim Hijab (head scarf)  Canadian Muslim Groups were quick to condemn the girls father. Shahina Siddiqui of the Islamic Social Services Association says "there should be zero tolerance for violence of any kind against women or girls".  This rings hollow;  The United Nations Population Fund estimates that the annual worldwide total "honor killing" victims may be as high as 5,000 women.  Honor killings are widespread among Muslim, Druze tribes in Arab countries and Pakistan.  It also occurs among Sikh adherents in India and Canada.  Honor killings of Islamic women have been reported in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Turkey, Egypt, India, Jordan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Sweden, Uganda, Britain, Brazil, Ecuador, Israel, Italy, Canada and the U.S.A.  Women are often attacked by fire, gasoline or acid and 50% usually die as a result.  Honor killings are on the rise as Muslims migrate to other countries and can't leave their cultural evils at the Canadian border. 

December 18:  The Canadian exposure to the American commercial paper market, which includes the sub-prime mortgage market, is estimated at 33 billion dollars.  Most major banks are hit with massive write-off except Toronto Dominion which did not speculate in that market.  The American exposure is estimated to be $45 billion in 2007 alone and the world wide total exposure will run in the trillions of dollars.  Economist still insist the economic fundamentals are sound.  A hand full of economist disagree as do a lot of ordinary folks.

December 20:  CIBC now estimates a loss of three billion for sub-prime mortgages.  They are holding 9.8 billion in sub-prime exposure.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper refuses to underwrite losses of 50% of the 33 billion worth of short-term debt called the sub-prime bailout.  Shareholders will have to suffer the losses and their recourse is to sack the senior management of the banks.

December: The Third Great Recession in history started in America during December 2007.  The first was 1837, the second was 1929.  The Great Recession turned into the Great Global Recession in 2008 because of Greed, the same cause as the previous two Depressions.  The big difference between 1929 and 2007, is the Stock Market was the first to signal economic trouble ahead in 1929.  In the 2007 recession the stock Market was oblivious to the economic down turn until fourth quarter 2008.  The pursuit of Greed and Power blinded the alleged experts.

January 2:  For the first time in history oil sold for $100.00 US a barrel.  Richard Arens a trader who runs a one man oil brokerage traded a piddly 1,000 bbl deal out of 80,000,000 bbl of oil per day to make his moment of fame.  He later sold the oil for a $600.00 loss.  How easy is it to fool the financial community?

January 5:  A Texas manhunt is on for Yaser Abdel Said, age 50, who is from Egypt, for the murder his two daughters Amina Yaser Said, age 18 and Sarah Yaser Said age 17.  It is believed to be a Muslim "honor killing".  

January 9:  The United Nations warned of a "clear and present dangers" of the world economy coming to a near standstill this year because of the U.S. housing and credit problems and weak dollar.  The housing bubble, crisis over 'subprime', risky mortgages "could trigger a World Wide Recession"., 

January 11:  Bank of America pays $4 billion for failed Countrywide Financial. 

January 9:  Some Canadians are selling gold at $880.00 per ounce and the speculators expect it to reach $900.00 to $1,000.00 this year as the American recessions deepens.  

January 15:  Citygroup USA records a $9.8 billion lost for Q4 2007

February 8:  David Suzuki, the biologist, a modern charlatan, for the second time, (Toronto & Montreal) calls for the imprisonment of all politicians in Ottawa and Edmonton, who do not support HIS hypothesis of a human cause of 'Global Warming'.  It matters NOT that he was shouting 'Global Cooling' in 1976.    It matters NOT that 18,000 Climatologist & scientists signed a statement the man is NOT responsible for 'Global Warming'.  It matters NOT that 83% of Climateologist believe 'Global Warming' and 'Global Cooling' is part of a natural cycle.  It matters NOT that many scientists believe La Nina/El Nino cycles contribute to 'Global Climate Change' or that Solar activity far exceeds any claims of global warming by CO2 emissions.  It's noteworthy that 1919 was claimed to be a 'Global Cooling' period: 1935 was claimed to be a 'Global warming' period: 1975 was claimed to be a 'Global Cooling ' period.  It was noted that both Suzuki and Al Gore do not walk the talk.  This 'Chicken Little' tactic only lines his pockets with thousands of dollars, from weak minded people.

February 11:  Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez has just learned you can't nationalize without compensation.  Last week British Courts froze $12 billion of Venezuela's assets.  Another $300 million in U.S.A. banks was also frozen.  Some believe Chavez ,with his socialist ideas, is driving the oil resources into the ground.  Production has fallen by more than one million barrels a day since 1999.  Some suggest oil production is down 50% since 1999.  Venezuela lacks the financial capital to fully exploit their heavy oil resources.  Recently Chavez has cut off oil shipments to EXXON in retaliation.  It is noteworthy that Chavez nationalized PetroCanada as well.as ExxonMobil, and ConocoPhillips.  Venezuela claims that EXXON is only entitled to $1.2 billion not the $12 billion being held.  Hugo Chavez claims EXXON only wanted $5 billion and now claims $12 billion.  ConocoPhillips took a $4.5 billion loss on their investment.

February 13: A $168 billion stimulus package is signed into law in USA.

February 15:  British and Canadians were outraged this week to learn that tax-payers are supporting polygamy which is morally objectionable to the majority of citizens in both countries, not to mention it's illegal.  Polygamists are claiming welfare benefits for more than one wife.  The government acted quietly to pay polygamists subsidies for additional housing and grant additional tax benefits.  Worse still, all payments bypass the wives and are given directly to the husband.  Muslim leaders in Ontario admit that hundreds of Muslim men are now claiming welfare and social benefits for their multiple wives.  Under Muslim (Sharia) Law, men are permitted to have up to four wives.  Ontario family law actually recognizes multiple spouses from polygamist marriages, provided they were legally married in a country that supports polygamy.  Polygamy violates Canadian principles of equality and the fundamental rights of women.   We need a list of 'Canadian Principles' that prevents those who do not embrace these principles, are not allowed to immigrate to Canada, not allowed for social benefits and not allowed as religious or charitable organizations.  Why fight a war to free foreign women from the oppressive Taliban regimes and allow the same abuses in Canada?

March 1:  A recent study of more than 14,000 University students in 68 universities in 32 countries link spanking to coercive sex practices.  It's more mounting evidence that parents should not spank if the well being of their children is at stake.

March 7:  Carlyle Capital Corp, a $22 billion credit fund owned by Carlyle Group collapses.

March 15:  The Federal Reserve of the USA provides energency financing to Bear Stearns via USA Bank JP Morgan.  This is the first bailout of a broker since the Great Depression of the 1930's.  Bear Sterns shares plunged 50% on fears of insolvemcy.

April 1:  The future will look back on this time in horror, as we convert food stocks into biofuel (ethanol), using such food as corn, durum wheat and oilseeds.  Corn is a staple food for millions of poor people, as is durum wheat which makes pasta.  It will be written that we loved our automobile more than starving people.   We should hang our heads in shame!

April 9:  The International Monitory Fund (IMF) says that the U.S. slowdown will cause a massive Global Recession this year is 1 in 4.  The IMF goes on to say World Governments should use every means at their disposal to stave off a potential financial disaster.  Critics say "This report seems a little panicky"

April 22:  "We're not in recession, we're in a slow down".  says USA President George W. Bush.  He is not alone in holding this view and most are still in power.  Same Old, Same Old.

May:  The Heartland Institute of Chicago in February distributed 11,000 brochures and DVD's to Canadian schools to teach students that scientists are exaggerating how human activity is the driving force behind global warming.  Some members of the Sierra Club of Canada were horrified that the Heartland Institute were creating an illusion that there is a scientific debate over a closed issue.  However an Alberta poll says 68% of scientists don't believe the debate is over.  Only 26% attribute global warming to human activity.

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a group of hundreds of scientists, last year said that global warming was "unequivocal" and that manmade greenhouse-gas emissions were "very likely" part of the problem.  

Scientists, led by Stefan Rahmstorf, professor of physics of the oceans at Germany's Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research predict a cooling from recent average temperatures through 2015, as a result of a natural and temporary shift in ocean currents.  Global temperatures have plateau since 1998.  In fact slight cooling occurred relative to 1994-2004 conditions from 2000 to 2007 are evident.

A bet was proposed and is very simple and concerns the specific global prediction in the Nature article. If the average temperature 2000-2010 (their first forecast) really turns out to be lower or equal to the average temperature 1994-2004, we will pay them € 2500. If it turns out to be warmer, they pay us € 2500. This bet will be decided by the end of 2010. We offer the same for their second forecast: If 2005-2015 turns out to be colder or equal compared to 1994-2004, we will pay them € 2500 – if it turns out to be warmer, they pay us the same.

June 11:  “The government now recognizes that the consequences of the Indian residential schools policy were profoundly negative and that this policy has had a lasting and damaging impact on Aboriginal culture, heritage and language.”  “Today, we recognize that this policy of assimilation was wrong, has caused great harm, and has no place in our country,” Mr. Harper said.

July 1:  The Order of Canada has been debased by awarding it to Henry Morgentaler, b-1923, son of Golda Nikita and Josef Morgentaler.  Henry Morgentaler has been responsible for encouraging the killing of hundreds of thousands, of innocent unborn children, born male and female.  He speaks for woman's rights but who speaks for the right of the unborn child?  Henry Morgentaler is in the same league as Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin for his disregard for precious human life.  Mr. Morgentaler has debased womanhood, the family and contributed to the corruption of our young girls, by devaluing human life.  A sad event for 'Canada Day'.   The Supreme Court Justice Beverly McLachlin aka McArdle, born September 7, 1943 Pincher Creek, Alberta, was chair person of the advisory  council that selected the Order of Canada recipients.  About 42 groups, and business, signed a petition demanding the Canadian Judicial Council, remove her from office, "In order to preserve the integrity of Canada's judicial system", for her leading role, in awarding the Order of Canada to the infamous Henry Morgentaler.  McLachlin says she didn't vote on the issue and is therefore not guilty.  However she is well aware of the natural law that sins of omission are as serious as sins of commission and she is therefore guilty of a crime against Canadian humanity.   As a chairperson, she is ultimately responsibility for the decisions of the committee, and by not voting, does not excuse her from her responsibilities.  Ignorance of the natural law is no excuse.  Henry Morgentaler was been called "Morgentaler Canada's shame" and "Odour of Canada" and 30,000 people signed a petition to stop the Order.

July 13:  The US Treasury and Federal reserve effectively nationalized Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to attempt stopping the fall of the USA housing market.  The American housing market is in free fall.

August 14; The IGC (International Geology Congress) in Norway were hostile and even dismissive of the IPCC and the idea that the earth climate was responsible to human influences.

September 11:  Merrill Lynch and Co. Inc agrees to be taken over by the Bank of America.

September 15: Monday & Tuesday are reported as a Black Day depending on where in the world you live.  The financial crises triggered by the sub prime mortgage mess in the USA has caused panic selling of stock world wide.  Some say, "In absolute value of monetary destruction, this rivals what happened in 1929".   The crash of 1929 it was said, could never happen again, too many safeguards are in place.  Yet today Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., 'a company too big to fail', went into receivership, after 158 years of business, it was the largest bankruptcy in USA history, its collapse paralyzing the global financial system.   Merrill Lynch and Co. with 94 years of business avoided bankruptcy by selling off to Bank of America Corp at rock bottom prices.  This follows the failure of Bear Stearns in March, who had to be bailed out by the Federal Government.    As a result, stock markets around the world suffered significant hits.  The central banks of all major countries had to come to the rescue of the world banking system by pumping billions into the system.  The USA alone pumped $70 billion on Monday and $50 billion on Tuesday.  A.I.G. (America International Group Inc.) is on the ropes with others to follow.  Some are calling it the fall of the Temples of Capitalism.

September 15:  Black Monday has another grim report:  Economists and Environmentalists are living in a Fairy Land when it comes to energy/food issues.  We are on the brink of the world peak of oil production and the world peak of food production.  A case in point is the USA provides 54% of world demand for corn.  About 1/3 has been diverted to 168 subsidized refineries to convert food into gasoline (ethanol).  The price of corn has risen 58% making it not available to millions of people.  Overall this has caused a 20% increase in all food costs.  Chicken producers are beginning to complain.  Protests against the "E" people are basically ignored.  They say not to worry ethanol is only a transitional technology, not an end in itself.  America consumes 20 bbls/person/year where as China and India only consume 1 bbl/person/year.  Imagine when they demand, say only 1/2 the energy and food standards of America!   We are at the brink of an energy/food crisis that will cause our environmental and financial crisis to pale in comparison.  America reached its oil production peak in 1970 and failed to develop alternative strategies until forced to do something in 2008.  America needs to look in the mirror, don't blame those foreign countries for Americas energy woes, its a product of the American squandering of their own resources.   Our political system can only see 4 years into the future, until the next election.  Our economy is based on supply/demand models, based on LIFO/FIFO inventory pricing models and of late, speculation models based on models of greed and corruption, when it should be based upon a Social/Cultural model of need, not want or like.  The Temples of Capitalism are hemorrhaging and extensive surgery is required.

September 16:  The U.S. Government gave a $85 billion bailout to A.I.G. (America International Group Inc.) for a 79.9% equity interest.  See September 15 above.  
(Employees 116K, operates in 130 countries and jurisdictions, assets are $1 trillion, too big to fail.)

September 16:  US Federal Reserve made an extra $180 billion available to banks to encourage overnight and short-term money markets.

September 17:  The Stock Market is falling, Everyone is in a state of panic", "Investors are liquidating everything they can" .  The past two weeks have seen the U.S. government take over lenders Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to protect $5-trillion (U.S.) in mortgages, the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers and the rapid sale of Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. On Tuesday, the U.S. government said it would lend AIG $85-billion, a bailout that will leave taxpayers holding a 79.9-per-cent stake in one of the world's largest insurers.  "Every thing is falling apart in slow motion"  The National Debt;  The Real American National Debt is not the 9 Trillion dollars reported, but a whopping 50 Trillion Dollars.  The government uses "cash" instead of "accrual" accounting. This means that the government does not report future spending promises like Loan packages to Corporations, Medicare and Social Security, or even future spending guarantees like veterans' benefits and federal employee pensions.  The Central Bank of Canada is ready to inject $10 billion, its participation in the $180 billion required world wide to lubricate seized-up lending caused by the collapse of major financial institutions in the United States.  England has offer $40 billion, Swiss National $10 billion and Russia, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and India have taken separate action to inject funds into their local currencies.

September 18:  Morgan Stanley, Wall Streets second largest investment bank is on the ropes.  Washington Mutual, and West Coast Bank may also be ready for take over.  General Motors Corp. says the credit crisis on Wall Street makes the $25 billion loan package for US automakers even more critical.  They maybe forced into mergers.  

Money market accounts are supposed to be safer than houses. They are sold as being better than cash. These funds hold $3.5-trillion of the American public's savings – money people can't afford to lose, money set aside to pay for medical bills, or vacations, or tuition fees.  Canadians park $73-billion in the same sort of investments.  Investors who had never considered losing money in money market funds got spooked. Large and small, they began to pull their savings, just in case. They opted for government bonds, the least risky asset, or gold. Big names in money markets, such as State Street and Northern Trust, which had been sailing through this storm, lost half their value in the space of a few hours yesterday.  So late today came news that Washington planned to ride to the rescue. Politicians began talking about a fix that would see all the toxic assets, such as mortgage-backed securities, placed in one massive taxpayer-owned basket. That talk ignited a huge late afternoon rally in financial stocks, including State Street and Northern Trust.

September 19:  President Bush says since 2001 America has faced recession.  The government will introduce a 'Troubled Asset Relief Program' where the government will buy up bad debt from Financial Institutes, by purchasing 'liquid assets'.  Money Marketing Mutual Funds will be insured by the Government.  Short sell of stock is suspended and greater scrutiny will be made of past transactions and illegal activity will be prosecuted.  Their will be more transparency in money markets.   The plan is expected to cost 100's of Billions of dollars.   The stock markets responded positively but “This financial crisis signals the beginning of the decline of the American empire,” said economist Nouriel Roubini of New York University, who has long warned that banks and regulators have hidden the severity of the crisis from investors.  

September 20:  The cost of the proposed purchase of toxic assets in the USA is expected to reach 700 billion, others suggest 1 trillion dollars or more.  The proposal would raise the statutory limit on the national debt from $10.6-trillion to $11.3-trillion to make room for the massive rescue.  Democrats say the bill must include mortgage help so borrowers facing foreclosure can stay in their homes.  The bill does  allow the Treasury Department to designate financial institutions as “agents of the government,” and mandate that they perform any “reasonable duties” that might entail.  The bill was called TARP (Troubled Asset Relief Program) and only about 1/2 is spent by year end.

September 21: Federal Reserve moved to save the two last independent Wall Street brokers - Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley - by approving their transformation into bank holding companies and propping them up with emergency loans. Japan's largest bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, agreed to buy up to a 20 per cent stake in the prestigious 73-year-old investment bank, Morgan Stanley.   "This is a humbling, humbling time for the United States of America" and for the Free Enterprise System.    The government plan is bold and sweeping. It calls on Congress to give the government virtually unlimited authority, including the power to override courts, to buy up to $700-billion (U.S.) worth of soured residential and commercial mortgage-related assets, from financial institutions operating in the country. Americans are expressing  “amazement, astonishment and intense anger” over the proposed bill.

September 23:  The Federal Government of the USA acquires 79.9% interest in AIG (America International Group Inc.) for $85 billion

September 24:  President George W. Bush pleads with congress to support a $700 billion financial bailout bill, to cover the cost of excesses on Wall Street.

September 24:  "The plan that has been submitted to Congress by the Bush Administration is flawed, but the effort to protect the American economy must not fail.  This is time to rise above politics for the good of the country.  We cannot risk an economic catastrophe"  A joint statement of Barack Obama and John McCain

September 24:  The FBI says its expanding its probe of possible corporate fraud related to the US mortgage market collapse.  This is just rhetoric to support passage of the Bush bill.  Don't hold your breath American, rather hold your nose.

September 25:  The US Government closes Washington Mutual, its assets are sold to JP Morgan Chase and Co. for $1.9 billion.

September 29:  Main Street America made it very clear they opposed the Bill which has grown to over 130 pages of compromises.  About 2/3 of the house of Representatives voted Paulson's $700 billion bill down, sending the stock market into a crash.  The bill would finally pass after it exceeded 450 pages but that didn't stop panic!

September 29:  Wachovia Corp agrees to sell most of its assets to Citigroup Inc. for $2.16 billion.  It is noteworthy that Citigroup was a major factor in the economic meltdown.

October 3:  Wells Fargo and Co. agree to buy Wachovia Corp for $16 billion, thwarting Citigroups plans of September 29 to buy Wachovia for $2.16 billion, a sale forced by government regulators.  Citigroup launched a $60 billion lawsuit against Wells Fargo to prevent the sale.  Justice would be to force Citigroup to buy Wachovia for $60 billion which appears to be the fair market value.  Isn't  greed wonderful !

October 6:  FTSE (Financial Times Stock Exchange) drops 391.1 points putting the index back to 2004 levels..

October 10:  This week will go down in history as the bloodiest week in history, equal to or exceeding the '1929 Stock Market Crash'.  The IMF (International Monitory Fund) spokesman suggests we are in a 'Global Recession' and it will be deep and long. Some are saying we are on the brink of a total collapse of the world financial systems.   America, New Zealand and Singapore have officially declared a recession.  Australia, Japan, India, Vietnam, Korea, Hong Kong are not far behind says analysts.  Russia and other nations have stop the trading markets.  Russia and Europe are teetering.  World Markets have lost between 25% to 50% of their market value this year.  Our children and grand children well ask, 'how did this happen?  After all you went through it in the 1920's & 1930's why didn't you learn?  The alleged experts will debate this for decades into the future.

It's really very simple: GREED, lack of accountability, lack of responsibility, irresponsible speculators and traders, but more important a lack of morals, faith and trust in our fellow man.  We just got our priorities all screwed up:

They will ask, well how do we fix it, and not allow it to happen again?  They were told after 1929 the start of Great Depression that the Steagall Act would prevent a reoccurrence but Alan Greenspan convinced Congress to repeal the Act during the1980's.  Trillions of dollars will be thrown at the problem with little effect, as the preverbal horse is out of the barn.

The Citygroup Bank was the first to ask for a bailout of $45 billion.  This is ironic as Citygroup relentless fought to bring down old regulatory walls, the Steagall Act that was put in place during the Great Depression to prevent this happening again.   Citygroup is likely one of the most significant reasons for the Great Global Recession of 2008 and possible depression of 2009.

Food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education and freedom are 'fundamental human rights', and should be protected at all cost, all else are nice 'wants' and 'likes'.  Such things as a house, car, computer, TV, and vacations as an example are NOT 'fundamental human rights' Exceptions apply for handy-cap people both mentally and physically.  (We are our brothers keeper).  

The G7, United States,  Japan, Germany, Britain, France, Italy and Canada met to co-ordinate actives to shore up the Global Financial System..  The United States will purchase equity, including shares, in Financial Institutions.  Some countries are Nationalizing their Banks.  The future will not be business as usual.

October 13:  Dow Jones gained 11% or 936 points on news of plans to increase bank liquidity.  It is noteworthy that this is the biggest jump since 1933 during the Great Depression.  The analogy was not lost on the American public.

October 15:  The American dream has evaporated as thousands of Mexicans return home disillusioned, with their American born children.  Many are illegal so they never showed up on the employment statistics.

October 16:  The IMF (International Monitory Fund) finally forecast that the United States and Europe are either in or on the brink of recession.  They called it the worst recession since the Great Depression of the 1930's.  Most Americans knew we were in recession in December 2007.

October 20:  White Supremacists (commonly called skinheads) Daniel Cowart b-1988 of Bells, Tennessee and Paul Schlesselman b-1990 of West Helena, Arkansas were arrested for plotted to assassinate Barack Obama (the candidate for president of the USA) while in Tennessee.

October 22:  Wachovia Corp lost $23.9 billion in their third quarter.

October 30:  More than one million homes in the USA were lost to foreclosure in 2007 to September.  The forecast is 65 million over the next five years.  700,000 jobs were lost so far and experts are bracing for massive layoffs ahead.

November 10: AIG (America International Group) is given a total of Federal funds of some $162 billion dollars; lets look at a bit of history:

2005 AIG is fined $1.6 billion as a result of fraud investigations and some criminal charges to some executives
2007 August AIG lost $18 billion in the unregulated derivative market
2008 September 18,  AIG suffers a liquidity crises caused by OTC's) Over The Counter Derivative and gets Federal funding $85 billion

November 13:  Geoscientist Thomas Crowley and associate of France built a high-powered computer model to look closer at the natural occurring intriguing phases of global cooling and warmth.   They believe they are caused by minor changes in the earths orbit and axis.  They also factored in levels of carbon dioxide (CO2), found in tiny bubbles in ice cores, that provide an indicator of temperature spanning hundreds of thousands of years.  They found dramatic swings in climate, including changes when the Earth flipped from one state to the other in relative short time.  They postulate that present global warming caused by greenhouse gasses many stave off future global cooling.

November 14:  Cardinal James Francis Stafford b-1932, says "on November 4, 2008, America suffered a cultural earthquake".  He went on to say President-Elect, Barack Obama is "aggressive, disruptive and Apocalyptic."  (Meaning the ultimate doom of society)  He went on to say he campaigned on an "extreme anti-life platform".   I watched the election campaign intensely and I think the Cardinal is delusional.    The American nation (the world for that matter) selected Obama as the best candidate for world peace and stable world economy.  The Cardinal must want more evangelical government, the "Axis of evil" philosophy, the holy wars, crusades against terror, in other words more of the same?  Rather than unconditional dialogue with our previous enemies.  

November 17:  Citigroup announces 52,000 job cuts on top of 23,000 already announced.

November 22:  Most economists, countries and organizations finally acknowledge, we are in a 'World Wide Recession', with a possibility of depression.  The economic framework hypothesis are fundamentally useless.  Economists largely ignored the very few who raised red flags 10 years ago of the building economic troubles.  Not one economists with their fundamental economic models forecast the deep and protracted 'World Wide Recession' that the world is presently experiencing.  Many are suggesting economics is not a science but a blot on society.  Ordinary folks were shouting warnings December 2007, that all is not well and recession is looming.  Economists shouted them down, saying the economic fundamentals are sound and pointed to their economic models.  Just because nearly all the worlds economic advisors say every thing is OK, doesn't make it so.  
The majority of scientists held to the earthy solid state theory and did not accept continental drift until the 1960's.  Now we have climate scientist saying spend billion on CO2 emissions to save out plant from man, trust us our models can't be wrong, the fundamentals are there. 
Now they want to blame India and China for the black cloud that is causing global cooling to off set global warming to defend their infallible models.  It matters not that thousands of scientist and the public have raised the red flag.

November 23: Dick Garneau writes to the Globe and Mail : APEC (Asia Pacific Co-operation forum) is just trying to put on a positive face or is naive (saying the crisis well be over in 18 months).

The great depression of 1929 took until 1957 for the Dow Jones Industrial to reach the 1929 levels.

Bankers and financial analysts say this time things are different? But are they, the conditions that caused the 1929 crash are evident in the 2008 crash. Greed, speculation, failure to expose true market value, lack of trust. Regulated trade? We use different methods to control trade than during the 1930's but the effect is similar

The CDO's (Collateralized Debt Obligation) or synthetic securities market is about three trillion dollars, world wide, this will take a long time to wash through the system, during a World Wide Recession, and possible depression.

We have been told since 2005 that we were headed to a World Wide Recession by 2007, but nobody was interested, and we inflated earnings, to get massive entitlements, bonuses, retirement packages etc.

The historical theoretical economic frameworks are fundamentally useless.

My 'GUESS' as an optimistic outlook, is three to five years for recovery.

November 23:  The United States government announces a rescue package for Citigroup Inc. agreeing to shoulder most losses om about $306 billion of the banks risky assets.  A further $20 billion of new capital is offered the next day.  Who is in who's pocket?

November 25:  The USA Federal Reserve established a $800 billion fund to buy mortgage-related debt ($600 billion) and consumer loans ($200 billion).

November 28: The Conservative Government has proposed a balanced budget forecast for the next three years, including cut backs on political entitlements.  This does not include industrial bail outs which will be deferred until the next budget in early 2009.  The Liberal and NDP parties want bail outs NOW and no cutback of political entitlements.  They are looking at ways to overthrow the Government a coup de theatre

December:  History will debate what caused the Great World Wide Recession of 2008?  

Banks, Financial and Insurance Institutes and Governments are the main cause as they abandoned the Glass Steagall Act of June 16, 1933 designed to control speculation, and prohibit  banks from integrating, deposits, commercial, investment and insurance activities.  The Stock Market crash of October 1929 was considered only a minor factor in the bank system collapse of 1933.  Broad banking, speculation and corruption of the 1920’s is why they passed the Glass Steagall Act of June 16, 1933 .  

Banks began to relentlessly lobby and pressure the Government to repeal this Act starting about 1980 and was completely repealed by November 12, 1999 .  They called it the advent of broad banking, led by Robert Rubin, a former executive of Citigroup. He called it financiancialization in which financial markets dominate over traditional industrial economics.  They began to employ fancy commercial paper such as (ETD’s) Exchange Traded Derivatives, (CDO’s) Collateralized Debt Obligations and (OTC’s) Over-The-Counter) derivatives, the latter being unregulated and now totaling some $596 trillion..   The broad banks, in fact, became gamblers, traders and speculators, just like their 1929 counterparts.  

Some say, the melt down was caused by the broad banks who created sub-prime mortgages; however this was a trigger, not the cause.   Robert Rubin is accused of being the architect of the Citigroups strategy, to chase profit by expanding in (CDO’s) Collateralized Debt Obligations and other high risk products.   The Government has been forced to bailout Citigroup for $55 billion and to cover potential losses of $306 billion in toxic assets.  The Government has been forced to commit about $8 trillion to shore up their financiancialization financial system they helped created.  The financial system appears to remain frozen despite this commitment.  The Industrial community is now lining up for a hand out, starting with the big three Automakers.

December:  This marks the first year anniversary of 'World Wide Recession' it is expected to be deep and long but no one knows how deep and how long.  I think it is a minimum of 3-5 years, and that is my personal planning base.  There is a high probability it will be longer and deeper.  What were the underlying factors of this recession:?

Greed is the primary cause, profit at any cost, bigger/better houses, cars, boats, TV's etc.  A focus on want and like goods and services, rather than must goods and service.  A now culture!
Morality a lack of ownership for ones activates, decisions and their consequences on others, philosophy of entitlement, speculators, traders with no interest in the enterprise, only profit, return on investment, next election.   
Trust a lack of faith in self and others, inability to agree on a cultural set of Principles, Beliefs and Values: 
OTC (Over-The-Counter) derivatives are un-regulated commercial paper between banks, and between businesses including banks and Governments.  These include those based on debt, currencies, commodities, stocks, bonds, loans, oil, gold, stock market indices, interest rates, commercial real-estate, or what ever two people agree upon.  This year the outstanding position was $596 trillion dollars up from last year of $415 trillion..  This type of unregulated trading is classed as "Financial weapons of mass destruction" and will be argued by future generations as the single most likely cause of the World Wide Recession of 2008 and possible Depression of 2009.

Banks and Financial intuitions don't trust each other because of the bad paper ETD's, CDO's, OTC's etc that they sold to each other.  Lack of acceptance of ones responsibility.  Mark-to-market write downs don't show up as losses in current years, amortize the bad debt or assets value hoping inflation will save them. Financial markets to dominate industrial economies.  Entitlement is rampant.
Speculators and Traders don't trust Companies because balance sheets reflect questionable assets and the liability side can't be trusted, so they don't know the net worth of a company.  It doesn't help that government decision to buy this bad paper, couldn't figure it out either, so they abandoned that approach.  Entitlement and lack of morality is rampant.
Investors don't trust the Stock Market, economic fundamentals have proven to be a hypothesis, the alleged experts don't know what is happening or why, they have no real control over the companies they finance.  Companies are only interested in Speculators and Traders.
Wall Street, doesn't trust fundamentals, double talks over others, not interested in rational quiet discussion/debate, basically lost and bewildered, adds to lack of confidence. 
Companies trusted an outdated Principle of shareholder return is paramount, profit at any cost including expanding to any venture that shows a profit, neglected their base business.  Used projected planning rather than Strategic and Tactical planning.  Caught up in fraud investigations, accounting scandals and tax avoidance schemes, and excessive entitlements.
Political system don't trust honesty, focus is on four year horizon, still doesn't know the difference between Strategic planning and Tactical planning, Bloomberg News forecasts the federal bailout pledges 8 trillion to ease frozen credit including Citygroup guarantees.
Joe Main Street, doesn't trust any of the above, or other people, doesn't accept his/her responsibility, believes the advertising hype of 'entitlement' a 'Me', 'Mine' "I" philosophy.

Some time in the near future derivatives (ETD's), (CDO's) but especially (OTC's) will bring the worlds financial systems to its knees.  Heed the warnings derivatives are "Financial weapons of mass destruction" they feed on Greed, lack of Trust, and Morality to breed Fear.

December 1:  The cost of bailouts of the American Financial markets has cost 8 trillion that is 60% of GDP and the Banks have remained frozen, refusing to loan to main street..

December 1:  The US economy slipped into recession in December 2007, says the National Bereau of Economic Research but Joe Mainstreet knew this in December 2007 but the economic experts didn't accept this reality until November 2008 because the fundamentals didn't support that opinion.  The implications are that the economic fundamentals are in error.

December 1:  The Government finally admits that the USA has been in recession since December 2007.  The average recession lasts 17 months.  

December 1:  The NDP (New Democratic Party) has admitted they have been planning to bring down the Government of Canada since the last election.  The NDP plans to form a coalition to bring Canada to its knees and appears to be using the Liberals and the Bloc to help in the process.  The prize is Jack Laytons party gets 25% of cabinet seats which they could never achieve on their own.  It is unclear what the prize is for Quebec as no cabinet seats were offered, maybe separation for Quebec?  The coalition has not tabled a platform but it is likely to include a Green Tax, Governing party entitlements and bailout for failing Ontario and Quebec industry, that will include billions of dollars and run Canada's economy into deep depression.  If this "Government weapons of mass destruction" becomes a reality the recovery will be 5-10 years.

December 2:  Harvard University's Endowment dropped $9 billion, equivalent of 22%, over four months, leading to the worst annual returns in 40 years.

December 4:  Argentina plans 13.2 billion peso ($4 billion) to save jobs and boost lending.

December 10:  The Global Warming theory being caused by man was shot down in Poland.  About 650 prominent international scientists including current and former IPCC (Intergovernment Panel of Climate Change) members expressed dissent.  This is an increase of 250 over 2007.  The UN claims 2,500 scientist support the proposal that man created global warming BUT on analysis they sent the report to 2,500 but only 62 reviewed it, 55 had serious concerns about the science used and only 7 supported the report.   A 2008 survey of 51,000 Canadian scientists 68% disagreed with man causing global warming.  Also 31,000 Americans have signed a petition to void Kyoto treaty.  Global Warming has stepped out of the realm of Science to become a "New Religion" and Priesthood in 2008 so says Nobel Prize winner for physics Ivar Giaever. A growing number of scientist are resisting the Global Warming Hoax. Others are saying the notion of a consensus by the UN IPCC is carefully manufactured for Political, Financial and Ideological purposes.   It is noteworthy that historically CO2 increases trail Global Warming it does not lead Global Warming.  Thank God for a Recession to bring man back to reality!

December 11:  Bank of America Corp. plans to eliminate 30,00 to 35,000 jobs over the next 3 years.  It's noteworthy that 180,000 financial professionals worldwide have lost their jobs.

December 14: More and more Americans are pawning their possessions to make ends meet, including in affluent areas like Beverly Hills.  Small Pawn Shops and Load Shops have seen a rise in business across the nation.   Some long time lenders in California say they haven't seen such business since the Great Depression.  The say the toys are turning up, motor homes, boats, motorcycles, guns and naturally  jewelry.  Defaults on loans are also up.

2009 The World has entered the second year of the Great Global Recession of 2008.  (it began December 2007
The USA begins 2009 with historic debt:
Explicit debt is  $10.8 trillion of which about 40% is held by foreign countries.
Commitments     $1.1 trillion
Implicit debt is  $40.8 trillion of unfunded liabilities for social and medical costs.

    TOTAL       $52.7 trillion or 350% of GDP (Gross Domestic Product)

During the Great Depression of the 1930's the USA debt was $150-160% of GDP
The USA has the worst trade deficit of any Industrialized Nation being about 427th on the list.
The USA derivative exposure is $182 trillion; World exposure is $531 to $596 trillion and it is not known how much should be a contingent liability.  Most agree it may take years to write off this unrecorded and unknown debt.

The World Banking System lost $5.5 trillion of market value which is about 10% of World GDP.

Research suggests suicide rates don't increase because of depression or recession but because of being unemployed.  The highest rate of suicide in the U.S.A. was 1933 when unemployment reached 25%.  Asia accounts for 60% of all suicides.  In Japan some 90 per day suicide in 2008, an increase of 34.7% over 2007.  They suggest it is caused by the economic recession, associated shame and stress, fear of job loss, falling wages, and mortgage payments.  Its significant to realize Japan's economy entered recession in 1997.  Significant deaths as a result of the Great World Wide Recession of 2008 are;

Adolf Merckle (1937-2009) a German billionaire ($9.2 billion) listed as the 5th riches in German and 94th in the world.  He lay down on the railway tracks.  He was a broken and helpless man who lost his wealth through hedge funds and the auto industry.

Steven L. Good (1957-2009) a real estate executive from Chicago shot himself in his jaguar.  He sold $10 billion in over 45,000 sales.

Rene Thierry Magon de la Villehuchet (1943-2008) an aristocratic Frenchman, hedge fund money manager slit his wrists in Manhattan after discovering his clients investments of $1.4 billion and his own wealth vanished overnight with Bernie Madoff, b-1939.  The Bernard Madoff massive Ponzi Scheme is estimated to total $65 billion, others are just not sure and could total 170 billion..

An unnamed South Korean (1953-2008) asset manager of Bear Stearns said "I'd like to pay my debt (as a result of sub-prime mortgages) back by death."

Barry Fox of Bears (19xx-2008) Stearns jumped from his 29th story apartment after being laid off..

Eric Von der Porten (1957-2008) of Leeward Investments, hedge fund manager in California, suffocated himself to death.

Marcus Schrenker b-1971 of Indiana an investment manager fake his death in a aircraft accident and when discover slashed his wrists.  He lost millions of his investors money as well as his own.

Those who caused or contributed to the Global Economic Depression have no guilt, remorse and feel no blame including Allen Greenspan.  It is believed a Great Depression will occur every century.  Because of human nature and GREED this will occur again likely in another 100 years more or less from now.

January 9:  The Wall Street Journal reported that surface temperatures have been on a downtrend for eight strait years.  They said if we exclude the exceptionally warm El Nino year of 1998, them global cooling has been going on for 11 years..

January 12:  Washington, TARP (Troubled Asset Relief Program) has invested $256.74 billion in the American Banks, Insurance Companies, Financial Services and Auto Companies from October 14, 2008 to January 12, 2009.  It's intent was to relieve the sub-prime mortgage crises, which it failed to do.  The administrators of the fund said it was to improve the liquidity of banks, which it failed to do.  The world continues to sink into a severe Global Recession and some are talking a Global Depression.  The National debt is about $10.6 trillion or $34 thousand for every man, woman and child in the USA.  

January 15:  Nortel Networks Corp., North America's biggest telephone equipment maker, files for bankruptcy.

January 15:  JP Morgan Chase and Co. profits plunged 76% in Q-4, as they write down bad loans. 

January 22:  Global Warming as an issue ranks 20th in the priorities of the USA.  The top three concerns are Economy, Jobs and Terrorism.  13th ranking concern is Moral decline.  16th position of concerns is the environment.

January 31: Toronto, new house sales in Toronto dropped 69% in January.

February 10:  The U.S. unveils a $2 trillion bank rescue plan to mop up dad assets and restore credit.

February 17:  Sir Robert Allen Stanford b-1950 a Texas billionaire is charged with fraud and a massive Ponzi scheme now totaling $8.5 billion that could escalate to $50 billion involving over 100 companies, including international banks and trust companies.  30,000 investors are believed to be involved, some losing their life savings.  He did not act alone and key players are considered a flight risk.

February 28:  The American Stock Market performance in February 2009 has not been as bad since February 1933, during the Great Depression..  Twelve (12) banks failed in January/February 2009 and 1,000 banks are expected to fail over the next 5 years in the USA.

February 28:  20 USA Banks failed including 2 credit unions in January/February 2009, 252 more banks are on a Watch List and 1,000 are expected to fail in the next 5 years.  About 19 Ponzi Schemes have been uncovered Bernard Madoff being the largest in history at $65 billion to $50 billion, Allen Stanford at $8.9 billion and Bruce Kramer at a mere $40 million.

March: Allen Stanford of Texas carried out a Ponzi Scheme that is estimated to total $1.6 billion.  He went to jail June 30, 2009.  Many feel this is just the tip of an iceberg.  The U.S Security Exchange Commission is incapable of discovering fraud, even if pointed right at it, as they are untrained in financial matters, so says Harry Markopolos who uncovered the Bernard Madoff $65 billion Ponzi Scheme.  see February 17 above.

March 2:  The U.S. government rescues AIG  (America International Group) for the third time in five months with a $30 billion equity commitment.

March 2:  Geophysical Research Letters confirms that Global Warming temperatures have flat lined since 2001 despite rising greenhouse gas concentrations.  Others suggest we are in the Global Cooling period.  The scientists just don't know what caused this cooling period, the climate models just can't explain this phenomena.  Some think this cooling period will last 30 to 40 years.

March 14:  AIG (America International Group) must pay $220 million in employee retention to the same unit that made bad bets on toxic mortgages and credit default swap contract nearly bankrupting the company and causing  the taxpayers to bail them out three times.

March 19:  U.S. House of Representatives vote to approve a 90% tax on employee bonuses paid by AIG.

March 19:  The American Government has drafted legislation to claw back most of the corporate bonuses issued to TARP precipitants basically targeting AIG (America International Group) executives but Freddie Mac, Fannie May, City Bank and others will feel the brunt of anger by Government and citizens at large.  The anger stems from the fact that AIG is rewarding employees who contributed or cause the Great Global Recession and basically bankrupted AIG.  AIG has basically thumbed their noses at the general public saying they are too big to fail.  Edward Libby was appointed by Henry Paulson to dismantle AIG and appears to be unable to manage the situation.  Some believe the Treasury, some members of Congress and the Financial Industry is in bed together.  In short the fox is in the hen house.

March 20:  European Union pledges $100 billion in new loans to the IMF.  They also agree to double the 50 billion euros crisis fund for eastern European countries outside the euro currency zone.

March 26:  "This crises was caused by the irrational behavior of white people with blue eyes, who before the crisis appeared to know everything, but are now showing that they know nothing." says Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

March 30:  CEO's of General Motors and PSA Peugeot Citron are forced out.   Stevan Rattner who was the head of the Obama Auto Task force finally speaks out, October 21, 2009.  GM & Chrysler were just too big to fail.  I think what he is basically saying is that management at both GM and Chrysler were incompetent.  He uses kinder words like "utterly docile in the face of mounting evidence of looming disaster."  "Stunning poor management".  Rick Wagonier, GM Chairman and CEO, as an example set a tone of "friendly arrogance" that permeated the Company. He was incapable of making tough decisions as was the board. "Chrysler was poorly run"   During the period 2003 to 2009 GM market share valuation dropped 90% and the company lost $82 billion.

June 17: Florida started a tent city to house the homeless called the Pinellas Hope Camp that accommodates 250 single persons and they turn away another 250.  Tent cities are springing up across America as the homeless are estimated at 675,000 and expected to climb to one million.  Florida alone has 50,000 homeless.  Some areas of America the tent cities are forcefully driven out by police and their tents are slashed.  This brings back memories of the Great Depression and early pioneer days when European settlers flooded North America.  Sad state of affairs for the alleged richest country.

June 23:  Eviction Patrols in California are finding as many as 25 people living in a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms.  Some renters who paid their rent are given 5 days to vacate because the owner is in default.  Some houses are appalling, mold, rotting food, animal feces and urine soiled carpet.  They even found abandoned senior citizens, small children and pets..

June 28:  Bernard Madoff, b-1939 the mastermind behind the largest Ponzi Scheme in history estimated to be $65 to $170 billion and  they just aren't sure is found guilty and fined $179 billion.  His wife must return $85 million but is allowed to keep $2.5 million..    Madoff said he started the Ponzi Scheme in the 1990's but the judge said he didn't believe him and that it was long before that..  Many of his victims believe he has hidden money offshore.  They know he received $13 billion directly to himself.

June 29:  Bernard Madoff, b-1939 is sentenced to 150 years in jail the maximum that could be imposed.

July:  Cooler weather, drought has hit North and South America and delayed the monsoons in India.  Crops are failing and some are saying this is the year of no summer.  The most likely cause was La Nina but we are now entering an El Nino year so hopefully things will improve.

July 2:  Manhattan, New York apartment sales plunged 50% and the average selling price fell 24%.

July 6:  The United Nations estimate that 55-90 million more people will be living in extreme poverty than anticipated before the crisis.

July 8:  33.8 million people in America are enrolled in the anti-hunger program.  One in nine people are on food stamps for groceries in April.

July 10:  In 2008 the derivatives market was $800 Trillion, in 2009 it is estimated at $600 Trillion but no one knows for sure. The World GDP is only $60 Trillion. We eliminated the Mark-to-Market accounting rule. This exposure does not appear on any Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss Statement. There is no plan on how do deal with this massive World problem.
J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Citygroup and Goldman Sachs control 90% of the derivatives markets so they are technically bankrupt.  The stock market is out of touch with reality.  The American Government announced today they will address part of the problem by late October 2009.  However they said in January 2009 it was a top priority.

July 10:  The homeless shelters are filled to capacity across America and families are being housed in hotels and motels, some states pick up the costs, others do not.  Some have to drop their healthcare to make ends meet.

Los Angeles is accused of criminalizing poverty and homelessness.  In 2006 they were 18th in most inhumane.  40,000 people are homeless in L.A. compare that to New York at 20,000 homeless.  Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is infamous.  Massachusetts has a state law requires temporary accommodation for those without shelter.  Hotels and motels are used to cover numbers that exceed the homeless shelters and are paid by the state.

July 22:  A dismal job market for graduating American students.  In 2007 50% of graduates had jobs lined up before graduation, now less than 20% have jobs.  The outlook is bleak employees surveyed in 2007 said 79% were hiring grads, in 2008 this fell to 56% and in 2009 it's down to 43%.  Some students said they would take anything, at any salary just to get their foot in the door of the labor market.

August 6:  American retailers report their 11th strait month of sales decline in July.

August 21: The American 10 year deficit budget is projected as $9 trillion up from $7.108 trillion.

September 5:  Geneva, Switzerland attended by 1,500 climate scientists sponsored by (IPCC) the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change;

Professor Mojib Latif of Germany one of the leading authors and respected climate modeler of the world, and a climate physicist of the Leibniz Instutite of Marine Sciences at the University of Keil, Germany says we are likely in a Global cooling cycle since 1999 (1994 if you consider statistical significance) and is expected to continue into 2019 or even 2029.  The operative words have evolved from 'Global Warming' to 'Climate Change' to 'Climate Variability' and next to 'Natural Variability' or 'Natural Cycles'.

"The oceans are key to decade natural variability" Latif says.  James Murphy, head of climate prediction at the UK's Met Office, agrees.  
"I am not one of the skeptics.  However, we have to ask the questions ourselves or other people will do it" Litif says.  
    Were you mistaken about your fundamental assumptions?
    Were your climate models deficient?
    Were you wrong to suggest climate in absolute terms such as 'WILL', 'global warming tipping point', 'runaway global warming' , we must act 'now'?
    Were we using poor scientific methodology, poor science?
    Were we over zealous, failed to encourage apposing opinions?

"In many ways we know more about what will (a true scientists would say 'may', 'might' 'could') happen in 2050 than next year" said Dr. Vicky Pope of the UK's Met Office.  Other studies are more blunt; OIS-3 (Oxygen Isotope Stage-3) studies conclude that "variations in orbit, CO2, and ice sheet size are are of little significance in explaining the observed climate variability".  Dr. Vicky Pope  told the conference that the dramatic Arctic ice loss in recent summers was partly the product of natural cycles rather than global warming.  "The oceans are key to decade natural variability" Litif says.  OIS-3 which studies climate from 57,000 B.C. to present times concluded;  "The model results focus attention on North Atlantic sea-surface temperatures (SST) as a major factor in explaining OIS-3 climates".  Not just decade variability.  The climate models assumed that man made CO2 emissions would warm the oceans but the exact opposite happened, the ocean cooled.  Scientist in Germany and the USA have come to the same conclusions, Latif says "short-term" predictions (10-20 years) are unreliable.  Dr. Vicky Pope has a Phd in meteorology (stratospheric dynamics) suggests scientists cannot give precise predictions of what will happen in 100 years, or even in the next 10 years.   

Who speaks for the one billion people who are going hungry in 2009 (according to W.H.O.) and the tens of thousands that are dying, because we turn food into ethanol for our cars, based on Global warming predictions, by the climate scientists, and pushed by environmental fanatics.   The politicians succumbed to this political pressure and did irrational things by subsidizing this horrific practice.

Who speaks for the tens of billions of dollars spent to prevent Global warming, that MIGHT happen in 50 to 100 years?  This money could have been more wisely spent on our Global Recession problems, hunger, health care, unemployment, failing financial systems.

Will the Al Gore and David Suzuki's of the world apologize for leading the environmental fanatics astray?
Will the science community, the news community apologize for their part in the process?

October:  Raj Rajaratnam b-1957 who is considered the richest Sri Lankan in the world and 5 others of the Galleon Group were charged with hedge fund insider trading.  Some say it's a warning shot to Wall Street involving fraud.  The fraud started January 2006 until October 2009.  Three other individuals involved include, S. Palmisano I.B.M. CEO, Robert (Bob) Moffat Senior Vice President and General Manager of IBM, Rajiv Goel the director of strategic Investment funds within Intel’s dept. of treasury.  The net includes 20 as being cited with 5 pleading guilty and some including are Craig Drimal, Arthur J. Cutillo a lawyer, Roomy Khan, Richard Choo-Beng Lee an informant, Zvi Goffer, Emanuel Goffer, Michael Fimelman,  Anil Kumarb-1958 an employee of the Accountant-General’s (AG’s) Office,  Jose Mercury, Danielle Chiesi, Mark Kurland, David Plate, Ali Hariri, Deep Shah, Ali Far, Gautham Shankar, Ms Khan, Mr Fortuna,  Jason C. Goldfarb, and Joseph Demarest.  This is likely just the tip of a corrupt iceberg.

October 9: Vincent Lacroix b-1967 was given a 13 tear jail sentence for a ponzi scheme that bilked 9,200 investors out of $100 million.

El Nino and La Nina are the most powerful phenomenon on the earth and it alters the climate across more than half the planet.  El Nino may be partially caused by underwater volcanoes in the Pacific.  A growing number of scientists are concluding that El Nino is the major causal factor in global warming and may contribute to global cooling.  They appear to agree that over 50% of the earths climate variability is caused by El Nino/La Nina and the likes of the North Atlantic Oscillation, the Atlantic Entertropical Convergence Zone Oscillation, etc.  The science community say this phenomenon is not well understood, especially La Nina, therefore the weather forecasts in the models supporting global warming are wanting.    Blaming man and his CO2 emissions for climate variability is sheer folly and will hopefully be firmly refuted by 2010.  It is important to remember that historically CO2 emission buildups trail Global Warming, they do not lead Global Warming.  Other scientists claim the sun causes 95% of climate change in water vapor causing a green house effect.

December 21:  This marks the end date of the 5,125.37-year Maya calendar, which hosts a number of New Age prophets to declared the end of the world or the dawning of a new age.  Others suggest this Y-12 date is just the beginning of another 5,125.37-year cycle.  October 22, 1844 was the date of the second coming and the end of the world.    August 16-17, 1987 was predicted as the Harmonic Convergence and the end.  Others suggest it was Y2-January 1, 2000.  The current Maya cycle or Long Count began August 11, 3,114 B.C.  There was no significant astronomical event that occurred in year 0.
