The Indian children are hopelessly spoiled (by European standards). Bad behavior is treated by totally ignoring it. No Indian child is ever beaten and they would come to considered the European method of child beating as barbaric. No child under age 2 years ever leaves their mothers side. The children are raised by example not precept. The children are insatiable for admiration and praise.
