There is not a huge amount to see sadly. Many of the buildings Harry would have known are now ruined and overgrown. The Control Tower still stands and is a private residence.

No idea what this building was, very overgrown and at the mercy of nature.

This is the main runway looking towards the east. It is possible (did it today) to walk the entire length.

I think this was the briefing room, I could not find a way through the undergrowth to examine the structure more clearly.

This leads to the west end of the main runway and I imagine aircraft may have taxied down this route prior to take off.

You can just make out the main runway criss-crossing this route.

This is the WHITE HORSE of Kilburn. Pilots and crew would certainly have seen this ancient monument . I took this from the main runway
