The following are photos of the descendants of James Dickieson & Catherine Stevenson who arrived in New Glasgow PEI in 1820 - photos compiled in Charlottetown in 1903:

 

Margaret:
Born in 1825 in New Glasgow, Margaret never married and died in 1920.

Andrew:
Born in 1830 he married Ann Robertson in 1862. They had seven children: Emily Jane, Annie Angelina, Wallace James, William Nelson, Elizabeth May, John Andrew, George Nathaniel & Judson Wilford. Andrew died in 1914.

John:
Born in 1826 John was married three times. His first wife's name is unknown, and his second died giving birth to twins. One twin, Catherine (Kate) survived. John's third wife was Annie McGregor born in 1833 and died in 1908. John died in 1903.

Charles James:
Born in 1834 Charles married Eliza Jane Haslem in 1871. They had 10 children: James Franklin, James Brenton, Emily V., William Herbert, Edith A., Minnie Ethel, Laura Annie, Percy Haslam, Eva May, & Sarah Louise . Charles died at 102 years in 1936.

Emily Catherine:
Born in 1837 she married James Williams and died in 1876 without children.

James:
Born in 1840 he married twice and died in 1923 without children.

William Robert:
Born in 1844, he moved to California in 1869 or 1870 and married Emily McDonnel Shand in 1871. They had seven children: Shirely Marie, James Edward, Anna Catherine, William Arthur, Arthur William, Eva Emily, & Leland Egbert. William died in 1923.

Jane:
Born in 1841 she married Benjamin Williams in 1873 and had two children: Agnes May & James Henry. She died in 1931.

Arthur Brenton:
Born in 1850 he married Margaret Bagnall a widow who had four children and they had another four children after their marriage: Ella Ruth, William Alder, George Arthur, & Richard. He died in 1936.

Mary:
Born in 1824 she married William Jewell and had one surviving daughter, Elizabeth. Mary died in 1907.

George Matthew:
Born in 1849 he married Harriet Merrick in 1883. They had three children: Ethel Maude, Logan Arthur, & Ella Irene. George died in 1915.
