These charts were produced for the book by Douglas K. Bingham.  They are presented with permission of my father, the author of "The Tiffany Fortune and Other Chronicles of a Connecticut Family"  in which the stories of most of the people whose names are on these charts are told.  The three charts show the interrelationships between the three major families which influenced my father's life.

In addition to a few direct ancestors, these tables include a selection of other slightly more distant relations who are discussed in his book and had an influence on the principle players of that book and consequently on ourselves.

These charts were not automatically generated by any genealogy computer program, but rather were created using a computer graphics presentation program (Harvard Graphics) which allowed selection of which individuals to include and how to physically arrange them on the page for maximum clarity.  I played around with a lot of different ways to show their relationships.  The interrelationships between the Mitchells and the Tiffanys are confusing at best and I'm still not sure that I arrived at the optimal layout for displaying them (cf. the Alfred Mitchell Genealogy chart below)
