ASPIRE

A developmental training program for athletes, ages 9-12, who display a desire or aptitude for higher level gymnastics.  This program is designed to last 1 training year (10 months).  After completion of this program athletes may move into either Achievement Program or Provincial Level 1.  Their placement in the next program is dependant upon coach recommendation as well as assessment by comp coach or Technical Director.

ACHIEVEMENT

An advanced program for gymnasts, ages 9-12, who wish to train at a higher level or intensity.  Gymnasts are eligible to attend Funmeets and Gymfest.  Gymnasts are expected to train up to 6 hours a week, 2 hours at a time.
