1. All members are required to fulfill two fundraising events per player; one of which must be a bingo and the other a tournament shift during the Eagles tournament.
2. All members submit a $150.00 fundraising deposit when paying the registration fee.
3. Any outstanding fees as of November 1 will result in the removal of your child from the player roster until all debts are rectified.
4. Once you have completed your fundraising commitments a cheque will be forwarded as soon as the V.P. of Finance has processed the fundraising data.
5. All workers must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
6. Once you have signed up to work your fundraising event it is your responsibility to fulfill your commitment or find a suitable replacement worker. The reminder phone call of dates and times is only a courtesy call.
7. You must arrive at your fundraising event no later than the scheduled time. Late arrivals may be dismissed. It will be your responsibility to reschedule an alternative date to meet your fundraising commitment. All no-shows will result in the forfeiture of deposit(s).
8. Failure to abide by Eagles Fundraising Policy will result in the forfeiture of deposit(s).
9. Bingo exemptions will apply to the Eagles elected executive members and hockey directors only. This may be left to the discretion of the Executive Board in unique circumstances.
10. The elected executive members will be exempted from their entire family fundraising commitment and hockey directors will be allotted two fundraising exemptions.
11. Fundraising exemptions will only apply to the Eagles fundraising events. Your fundraising commitments for alternative programs and/or your community league are your responsibility.
12. For those families that work over and above their requirement, a $50.00 credit will be held in trust, which can be put towards registration, apparel, etc. The Eagles Executive will maintain this list.
13. There is a one-year time limit to work your requirements. For those people that have not worked their requirement(s) from the 2008/2009 Season by August 2009, your 2008/2009 event deposit is forfeited.
