BONA COMP. was founded and established in 1998 by Eileen Bona. Eileen holds a Master in Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta. She has been advocating for persons with disabilities since 1983 and has specialized in helping
people manage difficult behavior since 1992.
Eileen has a working knowledge of an array of mental health disorders including clinical depression, and is known locally for her work in brain injury and behavior management. She provides therapy
to those with and without disabilities and has a 90% success rate in promoting positive change.
Eileen is the sole proprietor of BONA COMP. and is located in Edmonton, Alberta. She has clients throughout Alberta and is capable of providing
assistance to those in other provinces and countries via telephone and computer mediums.
Travelling within Northern and Western Canada, Eileen has taught community agency staff how to help manage difficult behavior and support their clients in
reaching their goals. Through Eileen's guidance, family members, staff and supporters learn how to support their loved one/client while ensuring the long-term effects of positive change.
BONA COMP. is a privately run organization. Consumers may
be eligible for government funding to access these services depending on the nature of their situation. Eileen is knowledgeable about the many ways to attain such funding and can help families and individuals lobby for such. More information about BONA
