The X-COUNTRY Ski System Of The Crowsnest Pass , our" IN-House System " the Allison Chinook (85km) ,Is Directly Accessable From Your Cabin Door. All the Trails Are Well Marked And Groomed.

We are located just 800m south of waypoint 701 , the most southern point on the map.     Ski right from your Cabin door onto our groomed Access Trail and follow our Road to the Waypoint. Our Trailsystem offers something for everybody , easy and scenic Trails wind along the foot of Tecumseh Mountain . intermidiate and difficult Trails are also availabel for the avid X-Country Skier. The Trailsystem is Groomed for both Telemark and Freestyle Skiing and features amongst other things  a Biathelon Range and several    Washrooms , all marked on the printable full-screen Map above....

CASTLE MOUNTAIN  RESORT /WESTCASTLE ,                                                                  Located south of Highway #3 , Castel Mountain Resort offers some of the best deep powder skiing availabel , with over 2800 vertical feet and new speed lifts a good choice for intermediate to expert skiers and powder fanatics

FERNIE ALPINE RESORT                                                                                                         located in Fernie ,British Columbia it offers lots of snow on mostly groomed runs ,traffic is usually fairly high but Speedlifts make up for it , halfpipe and snowboardpark are amongst the highlights as well as a very nice little village at the bottom of the hill for the Apre'Ski , i.e. relaxing afterwards

The PASS POWDERKEG. our "Community Hill" , is only 15 min from the Resort and lots of fun for Nightskiing since it is floodlighted .

Snowshoeing  has enjoyed a great new revival  in recent history , once the only way to get around in Winter , now a fun Past time...

For those who are interrested in trying ,we offer rentals here at the Resort.

Try it for a day in and around our House System , the Allison , or go on a guided excursion trough the unparalel wintersceenery of the Continental Divide , overnight trips are also availabel with 2 week notice.
