Edge at the Centre - Info

Edge at the Center  is a selection of diverse creativity-starter or "mind- stretcher" ideas with links for further exploring, compiled and updated from time to time by B. Fenerty (see below). The site is named Edge at the Center  to suggest unusual ways of looking at ideas, of turning things inside out and seeing them afresh, even finding the cutting edge to the future sometimes right in the heart of things. columns ignore next link)

Clicking on the "flower petals" on Home Page takes you to various of the current idea pages where you will also find miscellaneous links to off-site locations to explore further (no guarantee what those links may have, however). Most browsers will create new windows for external links, leaving this site still up ready for more exploring. The "petal" links on this site will change now and then when I get a chance to update with new items, so be sure to check back now and then. (The petals are unnamed, hopefully creating some good surprises for you in keeping with the creative process!)

The ideas here are for web surfers of any age, for anyone seeking creative, productive possibilities. If you sometimes feel a fresh look at whatever you are doing in life could make a difference (and especially if you need  that difference), explore here for a while and let your horizons expand, let the possibilites for you deepen...often finding the Edge you wanted was waiting in the Centre all along!

Feedback, questions, link suggestions etc. are very welcome via e-Mail (just regular e-mail, NO file attachments, please; I don't open attachments.) (And "brief" really helps on busy days.) Click on the home page Right Leaf for eMail. Please note that my schedule does not always allow quick response, but I certainly would like to hear from you...

If you find this site helpful, please be sure to tell your friends and let them know this site's web URL. And if you get any great ideas, win Nobel Prizes, etc! from ideas here, be SURE to credit Edge at the Center  and yours truly of course!

THANKS... to the many people over the years who directly or indirectly have suggested ways of seeing things from different angles, sometimes deliberately and sometimes in casual, fleeting comments (they didn't always know I had really listened because I always took considerable time to think over what they had said), to special friends and children who have reminded me to look at the world with a sense of wonder and fun; to people who have been close, also to authors who speak from further away in distance or time but still whisper close to the heart, to the poet hidden within so many people even when they don't know it, to artists in all walks of life who keep finding surprises right under our noses and show us that - amdist the weight of problems, fear and anger - even so the world has so much beauty and solutions waiting like seeds all around and in us, full of possibility within, waiting for us to notice and give them care.
