ADAPTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION

DESCRIPTION

Adapted Physical Education is a gross motor program for mobile children that focuses on teaching both locomotor and object control skills. These activities promote balance and coordination, upper and lower body strengthening and motor planning skills. The Adapted Physical Education class also provides opportunities for socialization and cognitive development.

G.R.I.T. Calgary Society offers it's Adapted Physical Education program at facilities located at it's Avenida office.
