We at Hillside Dexters place great emphasis on matching potential buyers with the best animal for their needs.  We welcome any questions you might have about Dexter cattle. Extensive consultations are available for a reasonable fee.

Purebred heifers (pregnant, tested & guaranteed) - For improving existing herds or starting a new herd.  Available seasonally.

Purebred bulls (tested & guaranteed) - Also ideal for reducing caving problems when used for crossbreeding.

Crossbred heifers - For people who want a quiet, small, easily handled animal for small farm or acreage.

Milk cows - We supply full blood heifers or crossbred heifers for milk cows.

Points to remember:

• Personality, size, and conformation will differ from herd to herd.
• "Window shop."  Find the Dexter that best matches you and your needs.
• Have a qualified veterinarian check potential purchases before you buy.
