The students are divided into three groups each week. The groups are based on age and ability but a rough estimate is as follows:
Group A - ages 7 to 9 years old.
Group B - ages 10 to 12 years old.
Group C - ages 13 years old and up.
When the students take to the ice in their groups those groups are divided into three groups by age so that they are doing drills with students of the same age and ability. Those groups are only used during our station drills, otherwise the group as a whole works together.
Because we have 3 groups we have three schedules and the students rotate through the schedules through the week. All students are mailed schedules in June or early July depending on when they are scheduled to attend the SLSHC
