In the 70's, Fifi weaned heavier purebred calves and out milked our Simmental cross and our Holstein cross females. Her purebred calves out gained calves off our Charolais cross females. Our commercials were dispersed in the late 70's. Twenty-five years later, descendants off Fifi continues to produce into the top end of our herd. The above cow lines and their progeny have been bench marked against Fifi and her progeny. Since 1980, we now have a number of female descendants off the above cow lines. We also have a number of other cow lines equivalent to these cow lines providing us a solid foundation going into the new millennium.
