Services
Sunday Morning Services.
- 9:15 a.m. is a contemporary service with Holy Communion on the
1st and 3rd Sundays,- 11:00 a.m. is a traditional service, (using the Lutheran Book of Worship) with Holy Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays.
We practice open Communion and everyone is welcome.
Special Worship Opportunities
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, mid-week Lenten, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and early Easter morning.
Lay Participation
Our members take active roles in the worship life of the parish. Members may serve as Greeters, Worship Assistants, Readers, Communion Assistants, Ushers, and the Altar Guild.
Music
Music plays an important part in our worship life. Choirs sing at both the 9:15 and 11:00 services. Also, many worship services are enhanced by soloists and musicians from our parish and community.
Children
Children are important at Holy Spirit- we want them to feel at home. They attend the first part of the service, and after the children's message preschoolers through grade six go to their Sunday School classes. Vacation Bible Camp is offered for one week in July. A staffed nursery is available for babies and small children.
