Veg Rennet

 

1015 91f 5.81PH added culture.

1030 91.2f 5.63PH Added Rennet.

1110 90.4F 5.74PH cut curds.

1130 add some heat.

Once again no luck, curds disintegrated when I tried cooking it, so I added some Blue culture and will turn it into a quick Blue cheese. Smells real sweet.
