Waxing Cheese

 

So I got some proper cheese wax, and waxed my cheddar. Melts at low temperature, easy to wash off with hot tap water (at least in my place). Used the stove with the setting of 1 (electric). Dipped it 3 times. I've read that people brush it on, I found dipping it easy.

5 min to coat the whole cheese. I don't recommend doing it with cold cheese, at least when I used paraffin it would crack because of the temp variation. Might be different with this one since its a soft wax, so wont know till/if I try it.
