When a Catholic decides to stop believing, that person is referred to as a "lapsed Catholic". When a strict vegetarian, called a vegan, desides to start eating meat, that person might be referred to as a "lapsed vegan". What if a rabbit (a vegan of the highest order) decides to start eating meat?

This block was originally the print titled Beasts of New York and a portion of that print was used on the cover of the book by the same name, published by Porcupine's Quill Press. There was a substantial area of unengraved wood below the tiger's eyes, so that area was used for the vegetarian portion.
