Stress Reduction and Relief - This is a three part session. In the first 15 minutes Judy-Anne talks about her personal struggle with chronic fatigue and fibro myalgia, what she’s learned over the last five years, what’s helped, etc. In the second section, posture, relaxation, breathing, and three forms of meditation are explore. In the third section the group is taught to use song and movement to create a special stress reliever just for them. This session requires total participation. Attendees need to come prepared to sit on the floor, sing, dance, and have fun.

2. Voice/Music - After performing throughout Canada and the Eastern US as a triple threat (vocalist, dancer, actress) for over 25 years, Judy-Anne started teaching/coaching privately. Over the last 11 years she has created a holistic approach to teaching music and voice, which most music teachers are finding inspirational and informative. Meditation, posture, and warm up exercises are explored. Attendees are encouraged to participate.

3. Music, Movement, and Science/Social Studies/English - Collaboration and working together help make any subject more interesting. In this session the participants learn various modern movement techniques. Groups are then formed and each group creates a movement presentation based on a science, social studies, or English topic. This session requires participation. Attendees need to dress appropriately.
