On the home front, we continue to breed both our own mares and outside mares using cooled and frozen semen. Kadans offspring are very rideable, good minded, smart and nice moving.

Kadans has been
evaluated by Dr. Mikael Holmstrom, the Vet. / Researcher from Sweden who has
developed a computer system to analyze horse conformation to determine elite
prospects in both dressage and jumping. Kadans scored 8.32 in both dressage and
jumping. This is a very high score, noting that any horse of international
caliber and success has scored at least an 8.
Imported from dressage trainer Bert Rutten of Holland in 1993 at the age of 17 months, Kadans is by the Dutch Warmblood Stallion El Corona, who also sired the 1999 Pan Am Dressage Silver Medalist Korona, owned and ridden by Shannon Oldham-Dueck.
