These sites are very good starting points for your Internet
resources because they afford the user a wide and varied source of information
and resources. Each site will have information to offer about two or more Dimensions
of Wellness.
Consumer
Reports has a page within its site to help with research and advice on a
wide array of health&beauty, personal care, food and beverage, and
fitness products.
University of California at
Berkeley Wellness Letter - this .com site is based on an excellent monthly
publication that uses a research base to help readers understand wellness
topics. While U.S. based, the Wellness Letter often refers to Canadian and
international contexts.

has information and interactivity for kids, teens, and parents. Not
just great info for teachers and parents, its also a terrific place for teachers
to take their kids for some learning fun.
Growing
Healthy Kids is a Health Canada/Ontario - Early Years website. Check
out the "Transition to School" and "Transition to
Adolescence" pages, as well as the many projects and initiatives listed
under the "Strategies" portion of the site.

Medicating
Kids - the website that accompanied the Public Broadcasting System's Frontline
program about children, parents and physicians trying to deal with medication
choices and ADHD.
