I have created this page to share some fun, educational and easy activities to do at home with your child (3 - 6yr old).   I have also included an inventory of basic skills as a guide to help you prepare your child for school.  To help the learning process you should also read to your child for at least 15 minutes every day no matter what his or her age.

Let your imagination and creativity soar and have fun.  Remember spending quality time with your children is the best thing you can do for them and yourself.
 

Some basic items to keep around the home are:
         crayons
         scissors (safe for children)
         paper
         glue
         markers
         paint (liquid tempera, finger paint, etc.)
         paint brushes
         magazines, catalogues
         egg cartons
         marbles
         story books
