Make a set of alphabet cards for each child playing.  Or make several sets to cover all letters of the alphbet and to play several games.  Make a set of alphabet cards for calling and to keep track of what has been called.   You can also use buttons, cereal, pieces of paper, etc. to cover the called letters.  This will allow more than one use of the game card.
