Dear Honorable Kofi Annan,
Your Honor This letter is a cover letter to the petition I have started. I realize that this petition will raise many issues in a field that currently has very little concrete information in an official capacity. Yet there is a multitude of information available to you or I to search through to make our own judgments. I am referring to the current UFO and Extra Terrestrial subject matter.
As to the credibility of this phenomenon there are numerous sightings by credible people. That is not to say anyone is incredible, it is to say people that should not be passed off because of their positions. Such as Police, Airline pilots, Astronauts, and Government Personnel. There are photos, videos which can not be disputed. Of all the information out there if only one is correct than the time has come to deal with this issue. Who should deal with this issue? The United Nations is the only choice for such an issue. A World Body is needed to deal with this issue Because it is happening now and when contact does come we will be ready as a World. I fear there is much to do and settle, yet this could be the beginning of us coming together as One World, this ties us all together. From here we could possibly see how alike we all really are and work more easily and readily together to solve other problems we now face.
