Where Meadows Touch the Sky!
|
Abundant
wildlife in this area encouraged an early explorer, Joseph Boyce,
to follow game trails, which eventually led to the high Alpine meadows
surrounding this mountain cirque. By the early 1900's, he was guiding
trips to this region from the Banff Lake Louise region, which included
stops in Windermere and Radium Hot Springs. By the mid 1950's, local
guides had built this rustic Log Cabin to make their stop at Diana
Lake more comfortable. Today this rustic Lodge is available for
your exclusive use and enjoyment !
Diana
Lake and the Pinnacle Meadows area brings new meaning to the phrase
"God's Country". If you like the outdoors and really
want to get a sense of being away from it all in the high mountains,
this is a place that will blow your socks off!
