Demjanjuk lawyers submit motion to "Review John Demjanjuk's
1981 denaturalization process" to Judge Polster.
On 19Jul2011,
John Demjanjuk (via his lawyers Michael Tigar and public
defenders Dennis Terez and Vicki Werneke) submitted a motion to Judge
Dan Aaron Polster of the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio Eastern Division to review Mr. Demjanjuk's 1981
denaturalization process and "Upon the conclusion of such proceedings,
the Court set aside the judgement of denaturalization with prejudice."
