Dear Sir:
The Village Council of Coalhurst have instructed me to
write you re the procuring the exact boundaries of the
Village of Coalhurst. At present we have not a map
showing the exact boundaries.

Sir:

As requested in your letter of the 26th ult., the boundaries
of the village of Coalhurst are as follows: Legal Subdivision
Five (5) Six (6) Seven(7) and Eight (8) in Section Twenty-0ne;
South West Quarter of Section Twenty-two (22) and the West
half of Legal of Legal Subdivision Twelve (12) in Section
Twenty-two (22) all in Township Nine (9) Range Twenty-two
(22) West of the Fourth Meridian.
I am also enclosing copy of the Domestic Animals Act 1923.

Monday, The Twenty-Eighth Day Of September,
A.D. 1925.
Before:
The Board of Public Utility Commissioners for the
Province of Alberta.
In the matter of "The Public Utilities Act, 1923

And in the matter of an application by the Village of
Coalhurst for the withdrawal of certain parcels of land
from the Village of Coalhurst.

Upon the application of the Village of Coalhurst for the
withdrawal of parcels of land from the said Village; upon
reading the consent of James Isadore McDermott and
of the Netherlands Investment Company of Canada,
Limited, and upon reading the other material filed:
It Is Ordered that the following parcels of land be separated
from the Village of Coalhurst, in accordance with the
provisions of Part VI of "The Public Utilities Act, 1923":

Firstly: The south-west quarter of Section Twenty-two (22)
in Township Nine (9), Range Twenty-two (22), west of the
Fourth Meridian, in the Province of Alberta, containing one
hundred and sixty (160) acres, more or less, excepting
thereout, firstly, seven and fifty-eight hundredths
(7.58) acres more or less, being that portion comprised
within a plan of record in the Land Titles Office for the
South Alberta Land Registration District as Coalhurst
7420 A.L. and secondly, seventeen and three-tenths
(17.3) acres, more or less being that portion comprised
within a plan of record in the said Land Titles Office as
Hamburg 355 A.I.

The land herein comprised containing one hundred and
thirty-five and twelve hundredths (135.12) acres, more or less.

Secondly:That portion of the west half of Legal subdivision
Twelve (12), of Section Twenty-two (22) in Township Nine (9).
Range Twenty-two (22), west of the Fourth Meridian, in the
Province of Alberta, which lies northerly of the northerly limit
of Second Avenue as said Avenue is shown on a plan of
record in the Land Titles Office for the South Alberta Land
Registration District as Wigan 6812 A.E.

The land herein comprised containing ten and ninety-two
hundredths (10.92) acres, more or less.
