The Colonial Archives Database contains over 70,000 detailed descriptions (file or
item) of textual documents in the archival collection, pertaining primarily to the British
and French colonial periods and archives collections relating to the Catholic Church.

Archives Canada, the more than 10 000 quality Canadian cultural Web sites found
in the Culture.ca collection connect to the history, art, people, places,
sports, and media that help define who we are as Canadians. In addition, the
gateway’s search engine provides quick access to more than one million Web
resources.

- Early Canadiana Online
Early Canadiana Online (ECO) is a full text online
collection of more than 3,000 books and pamphlets
documenting Canadian history from the first European
contact to the late 19th century. The collection is particularly strong in literature, women's
history, native studies, travel and exploration, and the history of French Canada.
- Filip Konowal
Filip Konowal, a Ukrainian Canadian volunteer serving as
a corporal with the 47th Canadian Infantry Battalion of the
Canadian Expeditionary Force, was awarded the Victoria
Cross on 15 October 1917.
- Forging our Legacy
To commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Canadian Citizenship Act
(1947), Citizenship and Immigration Canada, in conjunction with private-sector
partners, commissioned this book. A survey history, it traces the evolution
of Canadian citizenship and the role played by immigration in the development
of Canada from the turn of the century until 1977, when the last major
amendment to the Citizenship Act was made
