Fred Luth

Taken from "Heritage of the High Country-
A History of Del Bonita and Surrounding Districts
Page 431

Fred Luth came to the Ross Lake district before 1926, and farmed there for many years. He took an active part in all community functions.

He was the School Board representative for the St. Mary's River School Division (now called the Cardston School Division No. 2) for many years, and had a great deal to do with getting the Ross Lake school built.

He loved baseball and took an active part in it. He also served as a member of the U.F.A.

After he passed away, his farm was bought by Hector Algate.
