Jimmie McInnis

Taken from "Our Treasured Heritage-
A History of Coalhurst and District
Page 428

Jimmie came from Scotland as a young man, and lived
with his Aunt and Uncle, the Nesbitts, first in Coalhurst,
in Milk River, then back to the Ermacora farm in
Coalhurst. After the death of his Uncle and Aunt,
Jimmie sold the farm to the Charles Wesselmans and
subsequently moved into the Wesselman home.

Jimmie was very kind, using his car to take many of
the Coalhurst ladies to Lethbridge to do their shopping.
He was a faithful attendant of the Coalhurst Pentecostal
Church. He died in University Hospital, Edmonton, in
September 1967, at the age of 79. He is buried in
Archmount Cemetery beside the Harris's and the
Wesselman's.
