MARY'S GENEALOGY TREASURES
My parents, William Henry and Florence Maud Morgan
lived in Rhondda Valley, South Wales. Father
immigrated to Canada and to Coalhurst in 1928.
He worked in the mine both at Coalhurst and
Shaughnessy, and was injured in a mine accident
at Shaughnessy. During the war, father worked
as a cook at Fort Macleod airport. He passed away
in Lethbridge Sept. 25, 1948. Mother died in South
Wales Feb. 22, 1967.
