Clarence lived on Section 4, N l/2 of N.E. l /4 and
farmed E. 1/2 of Section 9. He came to Spring Coulee
in 1920 and started farrning with his brother, Charles.
Even after his brother moved to section 18, they
continued to farm together for many years.

He was an excellent ball player and was active on the
local ball team for many of his younger years. He loved
to play cards and always attended any card games held
in the community. He enjoyed all the community activities
and fully supported them.

He was a member of the Spring Coulee United Church.
He retired from farming in 1974 but continued to reside
on the farm until his death in 1977.
