| Throughout the world, at any time, emergency shelters are required for people due to famine, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fire, war and other disasters. With the advent of the SIMPLEX™ frame system, NORTH PEACE™ has developed the HABITAT 911 quick erect shelter that can easily accommodate three large people and up to four or five small individuals. Like all NORTH PEACE™ tents and shelters using the SIMPLEX™ frame system, HABITAT 911 is uniconstructed without any loose parts and it can be erected and taken down in only a few seconds. This is a single wall shelter with the floor made of Nylon 210T with PU 1500mm. The walls of the shelter are made of Nylon 190T with PU 1200mm. The HABITAT 911 has two large doors for easy access and exit, and both doors have noseeum mesh for protection from insects. Maximum ventilation is achieved through a specially designed vent that functions even in heavy rains. All of the fabric is F/R W/P and W/R with seam sealed tape. The tent’s bright colour allows for quick location and identification from an aircraft. We will design emergency shelters to meet the client’s needs. |
